The room was beautiful, but we paid for a room that included breakfast and the hotel said that they had no record of that. They said if we could show them proof that breakfast was included in our orbitz reservation, but once you pay the orbitz receipt just shows what you paid without the details of the room you chose. I wasn’t going to pay for breakfast when I already did through orbitz. The concierge was nice and recommended a good place for dinner, but all the front desk staff were unfriendly and cold.

We stayed for a night before our early morning flight to Chicago. Hotel resides in the square building in three tall building complex which includes one triangular and one round building. Taxi which we took from Jerusalem dropped us off in front of the building complex entrance as the gate was closed to due to Sabbath. We had to haul our luggage thru the maze of uneven walkways to get to the plaza building. No one available at the hotel to help us with the luggage expect a guy sitting at the entrance preoccupied with his mobile phone. Check in was efficient with out much conversation or pleasantries. The hotel room was a standard size like in any other business hotel, and clean. Bathroom was small. Three USB outlets. By the way none of the hotels we stayed during our trip in Israel including Ritz in Tel Aviv and Waldorf in Jerusalem had any electrical outlets compatible with American plugins. However, we got conversion plugs upon request.

It was away from the touristy section, much more reasonable pricing and yet very accessible to the beaches. They have a shuttle to the beach every two hours. Also we loved how close it was to Sarona Market

Love tel aviv and israel, good hotels and warm peaple.

Was good vacation I went for anniversary celebration

It was a short ride on the train and then about a 3 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and answered all my questions about the city and getting around.

The room was very modern and clean. The hotel is located one block from the train station and there is a shopping mall next door. The Sarona Market is a ten minute walk from the hotel - a great place to have dinner. There is a free shuttle to the beach that runs every two hours.

I stay in this hotel several times per year and just love it. Nothing negative at all. Pleasurable every time.

This hotel offered everything we were hoping for as far as location, room comfort and quality. The service from very staff member we had contact with was excellent.

Nice location for train travel, far from beach but they have a beach shuttle several times during the day, and there are some restaurants nearby. Nice fitness center. The train station is next door, as is a large indoor shopping mall. The front desk staff treated me well, and the rooms are clean. Overall good place to stay.

Awesome Trip. Great value for money! 5-star hotel indeed.

nice big rooms, but a bit of an institutional feel

I LOVE IT! THE BEST HOTEL IN TEL AVIT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERY BODY

Location is good near tel aviv medical Center, art museum and restaurants, although not on the beach. Nice hotel, pleasant stay. Good value.

Fantastic hotel! Staff is professional and rooms are terrific! Highly recommend for business and/or pleasure!

Excellent room, Free upgrade was nice, Close to everything and the free beach shuttle made it easy. Nice mall is 30 feet away. Easy walking to many restaurants Very friendly, spoke great english at the desk

i was calling the agency for 4 days trying to help me cancel this booking and i was told to write to the hotel to explain the situation. unfortunately, the hotel never replied and the booking just went to waste.

It was very pleasent and the Food is excelent lunch was very good

The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was that I have not tried out the gym/spa facilities. I've stayed here for business, at least 5 times and never had one problem. Room always clean. Staff professional, room service good and when I wanted privacy to work, they respected that too. Also free wi fi in the room, and bathtubs, which can be hard to find in some hotels. You get what you pay for. Also, right in heart of Azrieli center, so you can shop if you need a break from work or whatever.

great for staying in down town tel aviv. right next to mall and not far from airport. good value for the money. nice overall experience

Dear Guest, As your feedback is anonymous we cannot see reservation details. I understand your disappointment and apologize for that. This matter should be checked with the agent you booked through . if you could provide confirmation letter from orbitz we could update the reservation details however you said that you don't have any confirmation letter or email therefore only your agent can support you in this matter. Best regards, Ella Kronkop

Dear Vemagiri, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and sharing your feedback. Our property is located at the Azrieli complex and there are 3 entrances, during Saturday only one is open, I was sorry to learn that the driver was not helpful and attentive and let you walk to the hotel instead of driving you in to the hotel's entrance. I appreciate your feedback and i welcome the opportunity to learn and improve our service. We believe that we need to learn and grow all the time. I hope we will have an opportunity to be at your service in future. Best regards, Ella Kronkop
