It is difficult to wax ecstatic about this hotel, but also to find too many faults. For the visitor with a car, the attached parking garage is downright excellent compared to most other facilities on the seafront. The location is convenient for exploring on foot almost every interesting part of the inner city. The rooms have firm beds and good lighting but inadequate furniture - as an example, there is no desk, The bathrooms are well designed, except for the location of the mirror, which is uselessly placed on the side wall of the washing basin, The lobby area is gloomy and uninviting, but not the staff, which seems both friendly and competent. Also be aware than in summertime going to the beach involves a bit of a walk.
We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff is very professional and helpful. The room we had was on the 7th floor, and that gave us a nice view and no street noise. The location is great! And breakfast was outstanding! I loved the fact that you can order the coffee you want, made fresh by a barista. The only downside was that the pool was closed. We chose this hotel because it had a pool and it was not mentioned on the booking site that the hotel was closes from the first of November. Luckily the beach is at right at the doorstep so it wasn't a problem
The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The room and facilities (which included tea making for the British!) were excellent, as was the bed. We sat on the balcony for morning and afternoon tea and soaked up the view of the Mediterranean. Great breakfast - including eggs as you like with toast and all the trimmings. We will come again!
My fiance and I had been interested in another hotel until we decided to check out the Isrotel tower after hearing good reviews. We met with Lior Angel, front manager, who gave us a site inspection and after him promising us the world if we did stay at the hotel, we decided to book 12+ rooms. Despite being on the phone for months with isrotel reservations department (Hanit and Paula) because they kept on messing up our hotel rooms (Paula), not answering/ taking calls (Hanit) of our family and friends who were part of the group, we still decided to give the hotel and chance. When all the family and friends arrived after a 28+ hour flight, Lior made us stay in the lobby for hours until the rooms were ready even though we requested a early check in due to us flying in from Australia and got the okay from Paula (he was giving other guest who had arrived after us their rooms first). During the stay, things had gone wrong and Lior avoided any contact with me, my fiance or family as he knew he was in the wrong for treating us like we did not exists. After checking out two weeks later, we saw money withdrawls from the credit card that had not been approved by us. When we approached the desk, (it took 30 min for Lior to come out of the back office because he was trying to avoid it all) they just stood their like they had did nothing wrong. Lior was the biggest coward of them all. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
Lior the front office manager does not own up to his mistakes and mess-ups and instead hides in his office to avoid paying guests. We stayed at the hotel for my wedding and had a lot of family fly in and stay at this hotel. Lior, the front office manager had promised us the world prior to our stay, however when we arrived for our stay he had completely messed up everything to do with our booking.. he denied his fault and stood there like a fool!!! He did not come out once from his office when we were around as he knew he was in the wrong!!! His front office manager, Gil, too is very rude and has no experience in customer service and tends to palm off the work and conflict, like his manager Lior to the rest of there team!! Lior also decided to charge my father with a late check-out fee with out his authorization. My wife and I had requested a late check-out and did not have to pay a fee. Lior, this is unethical and wrong. You stood there and denied it all. When considering staying at this hotel, think twice before you book.
When we travel to Tel Aviv, we always stay at the Isrotel Towers. The location is #1; right across the street from the beach and promenade. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was perfect. Plenty of room for all of our belongings and a large living room to hang in. We overlooked the beach which is so amazing morning and night. We walked the promenade every day and the fact that we didn't have to get into a car was great. We paid for breakfast to be included and we love the breakfast! The staff is friendly and helpful (we had wifi problems that they were very quick to fix) and they have a parking facility which takes away the stress of parking in the city. We will be back!
Stayed here for a period of approximately two weeks and found everything to be great. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, next time when I return I will get a room with a balcony to be able to enjoy the view to the beach that my wife loves so much. Unfortunately during our stay the pool was closed so we weren't able to enjoy the rooftop view. In the lounge I found excellence among the food as well as the waiters especially a young man named Lior, only 19 years of age from what he told me. I hope to see him continue to provide such fantastic service. Furthermore I'd like to thank everyone at the reception for being extremely helpful with touristic locations as well as the parking. Wish I could remember some of their names! Hope to return soon.
Stayed here while on a business trip for two months. The room was nice and would have like one a bit bigger for my stay however I was placed into the specific room by my work so it wasnt the Hotels fault. In general the staff was great. Keren and Lior were awesome people and very talented. Lior was always very professional and quickly remembered my name and needs in the morning breakfast served at the hotel. Keren was an exceptional receptionist and was always very polite and professional when I needed something at the front desk. She always had a smile on her face and seriously made my stay very enjoyable, you interact with these individuals every day so it made a big impact on our group staying here. The gym was nice but not as advertised on the website. All in all a good place in a good location.
