Super central and (almost) sea front hotel. Excellent roof top pool with a magnifcent view of the city and the beach. Very nice and confortable renovated rooms with, in some cases, nice balcony to enjoy the view. Very good and rich breakfast. Professional and very knd staff. Only a couple of minus: - pay attention to the room you are booking: there are some which are still not renovated with very old and stinky furnitures (suites included). - the pool close at 7 pm... too early !!!
Pleasant and comfortable hotel ,in a fantastic location by the sea, restaurants and places of entertainment. perfect service ! the staff is nice and full of will to help (: We enjoyed very much !and planning to come back again soon
Spent four nights I would rate the hotel as a good 4 star hotel The pool on the roof with a commanding view of the beach and the entire city makes a strong case for staying there. The rooms are ok - we had a balcony on the side with a view of the sea - others in our group could not see the sea at all from their rooms The bathrooms are modern and user-friendly Breakfast - average - service in the dining room is terrible. They appear to have a bunch of foreign waiters in training who simply do not have a clue. Reception staff very professional and helpful No a/c in the public areas of the hotel! (Including lobby, corridors etc) The elevators are quite challenging - from your floor you can only order a lift to go down - so if you want to go up to the pool you may find yourself spending a lot of time getting there Location is excellent - parking arrangement good (for a reasonable fee)
My girlfriend and I visited Tel Aviv for a week in September and we could not be happier with our experience. The hotel itself had a perfect location, a spacious and comfortable room, and an amazing view from the swimming pool on the top. The customer service at Isrotel was perfect. The man we were dealing with (Michael) could not have been more helpful and welcoming.
Stayed one night recently Room very clean and tidy Well laid out and bathroom although small very well designed with excellent shower Breakfast was first class -service and range of food Would stay again Re car parking. Convenient parking on site ( there is a 50 NIS fee ) -but not having stayed before clearer instructions how the parking area operates ( entrance and exit ) would be helpful. For a Tel Aviv hotel to provide this amount of parking is really great for guests
Excellent hotel in central Tel Aviv a minute from the beach and other sites in the city. the room was very clean and well equipped. Good service. Great breakfast. Nice staff happy to help with any questions.
I have been in Israel over more than 40 times and stayed in many hotels for work. For the first time i have taking my holiday in Israel and booked a room at this hotel and we were impressed by the excellent service of the hotel staff. Especially the employees Michael and Keren working at the reception gave us the most excellent service i have experienced during our stay I travel all around the globe staying at multiple hotels but must say that this hotel and the employees mentioned have impressed me!! I will certainly come back here next year and can advice anyone who visits Tel Aviv to stay in this hotel Only small comment it would be nice to have a bit more comfortable chairs on the balcony Regrads Carlo
We stayed here in May/June 2019 for a week. It's a great central location in Tel Aviv, only a few minutes walk to the beach. Loverly rooftop pool, which we used several times. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The only potential gripe is that there wasn't a bar or restaurant in the hotel itself. Not a big issue but I might have expected one.
I really wanted a swimming pool so booked Isrotel in Tel Aviv. The room was incredibly dated, the lobby absurdly cramped, and the swimming pool horrible. Checked out early because I was so disappointed with the place. Avoid
We like the Isrotel Tower for a few reasons, you always get a warm welcome on arrival, the check in staff are helpful and friendly and get you sorted as soon as possible. We have stayed at a couple of the other beachfront hotels but find thus one to be less pretentious than The Dan Pan, you get the comfort and the location, just nestled behind the American Embassy. We absolutely love the pool up on the 30th floor which has the best 360 degree view of the city If I had one negative and it is more of an observation than a criticism it could benefit from a bar/lounge area somewhere just for a quick drink before bed, this will not stop me from booking for June 2020.
