Whilst my bathroom was great, with a wonderful shower and quality freebies, for 2 people in the bedroom there was a lack of storage space no dressing table, and only one chair. I was on my own so for me it was fine. The position was very good and finding my way around Tel Aviv was easy - especially as taxis were readily and easily available.
The Isrotel has an amazing roof top pool with views all over Tel Aviv and is located 1 bock back from the beach in easy reach of amenities and fun things to do - would highly recommend staying in an apartment as they are very comfortable and spacious with excellent balcony views - we stayed in 191 on the 19th floor
We had a room on the 11th floor with view of the city and partialy of the sea. The room was clean and a reasonable size for 2 pesons. the reception is open 24 hours and the location of the hotel is prefect for shopping and going to the beach.
The Isrotel Tower Hotel is beautiful and has and amazing staff. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for many weeks and I was VERY impressed with the room and staff. The hotel has a great atmosphere, many amenities and great customer service. Gil was an amazing host as well as Kamea was very helpful while I asked many questions in this unfamiliar country. I really appreciate the service and friendliness of the people that work with the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Thanks!!
Really good stay over passover. The suites are fantastic for a family and we had a lovely view overlooking the sea. The room was cleaned to a very high standard and the staff are all really lovely. Breakfast was great and I think it's really good that the hotel are opening a cafe as it will definitely make a welcome addition to the hotel's facilities. A few small things that I think could be considered; It would be great for the pool to be heated - it was really, really cold and it's a shame as it's actually rare in Tel Aviv to find such a lovely pool with such a great view. Gym could definitely be updated It would be really useful to have information about what was happening over the passover period for kids in Tel Aviv. There isn't a concierge as such so having some leaflets with trips etc would be helpful. These are just hopefully useful comments for management and shouldn't detract from what was a very enjoyable stay. We will be back - it's definitely our first choice in Tel Aviv.
The parking isn't obvious for the hotel since there are no signs. Just drive past the road that has the isrotel sign and the first parking structure on your right will be the hotel parking. There is an attendant there at all times. Park on the 2nd much easier to find spot and a great place to get sunset views. You'll have to get a validation sticker from the front desk to exit and the attendant will not let you thru if you forget you'll have to go back into the hotel to get it car left right there. The front desk workers were mostly nice. We had a issues with requesting laundry. We called in the am for laundry pickup (which is what they tell you to do) no one came that day same with next day talked to both day and night staff. So that was a pretty frustrating. Some are super helpful. They have a security stand at the floor entrance and you have to show your key to pass. They are a great source of information if the front desk is busy. They also have quite a few residents in this hotel. Breakfast is a pretty good spread. They have about the same thing each day just varied ingredients you definitely won't be hungry. You can also get made to order omelettes and espresso. Shabbat days are REALLY busy so expect some wait time. Housekeepers here were outstanding they did a smashing job. The happy hour served beer and wine from 5-10 and all of it complementary. The regular bartender likes to create drinks and he is REALLY good at it. Unexpected ingredients and great flavor I highly recommend you order a special of his. We also ended up with a view of the city from the 8th floor not exactly a view because the building behind the hotel is pretty huge and not exactly pretty but still. The biggest frustration was the swimming pool. The pictures of the hotel when looking at it show how beautiful it is from the top of the hotel the views are smashing. The problem is the pool only opens from 10am-5pm which I thought was EXTREMELY stupid. I mean really if you are there for business you'll never see the swimming pool and you can't even catch a sunset because the pool is closed. There is a glass elevator that will take you from the 28th floor to the roof for the pool. The gym is a closet with 2 treadmills, a bike and one wieght machine. Theres also a ton of restaurants around here worth visiting. Also sometimes the wifi is good and sometimes it isn't.
We had two rooms and experienced excellent hospitality, great rooms with stunning views over Tel Aviv or Med. Sea, fine breakfast. The staff was very polite and attentive. Right in front of the shopping and restaurants. We recommend strongly =)
We booked a room just a couple of hours upon our arrival to Tel-Aviv, but everything was perfectly organized when we came. The personnel was very attentive and helpful. All this made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.
I had an awesome time at the tower. My spouse traveled with me and we both enjoyed ourselves. The breakfast spred was great with many items offered. Champange and Arak are available for drinks too. The breakfast staff were awesome and the chef was great. I want to go back for another vacation and stay at the tower. Plus the tower is one block from the beach.
Wonderful room with excellent staff. Cafeteria food was excellent and all kept to high standards. The hotel is centrally located on the beach with many restaurants within walking distance. Parking area is guarded and the attendant is helpful locating open spots. Definitely would stay here again!
