Very stylish and pleasing hotel. Special thanks to Alona for her help at the Reception desk. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooftop swiming pool is spectacular -- enjoyed a postcard sunset up there. Very good location. Nice fruit and nut shop close by.

I've stayed at this hotel thrice now and each time the experience has been memorable. Rooms are very clean, staff is very attentive, at the reception they try to take every care of each guest and food at the restaurant is top quality. Great location. Definitely recommend this hotel.

For my first trip to Israel, we started by staying at the Indigo for 4 nights as it was close to my family in Ramat Gan. Upon arriving, we were greeted by very friendly front desk staff who checked us in right away. Location: Good location, very close to the highway with ample parking if you have a rental car. a few nice areas to walk to with good restaurants. Room: It was small, but very modern and chic. Bed was super comfortable. Entire room was very clean and the bathroom was beautiful! New amenities were delivered daily and the staff was super helpful when I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush...a member of the staff brought me a dental kit right to the room away. Breakfast: We had breakfast only one morning. It was overpriced, and I found some of the servers to be a little rude, but the food wasn't bad. I would not bother with it though...There are many great places to eat around the area. Staff: Other than the restaurant staff....they were all Super! We were looking for restaurant recommendations and they not only assisted with this, but made reservations for us as well. They service/front desk staff really couldn't do enough for us. Always friendly and I was very impressed. Now on to the Con. I only have one complaint, but it is a major one. Our room was situated on the first floor and facing the main street. Right in front of the hotel, just outside the lobby they have a nice little patio seating area where people can have a few drinks. The only problem is, people loiter there and drink until all hours of the night. On our last night, there was an extremely loud and rowdy group who were out there drinking and partying until 4:00AM! We could hear everything and needless to say I did not sleep. It was awful. I was very unhappy and surprised to see that the staff allow this to go on, knowing that there are rooms right above. I would have thought they would have been told to quiet down or something, but I was mistaken. In retrospect, I probably could have called down to make a complaint, but it was our last night and at that point I just got up and started packing to leave. All in all I had a good stay and the hotel is very nice. I would just recommend to future travellers to ask for a room on a higher floor and away from the main street. I would also tell the management to make sure that people outside are not being disruptive to other guests. Possibly close the patio at a certain hour? I would have given the Hotel Indigo a 5 star rating if this had not happened.

My stay at the Indigo was very pleasurable! The rooms are small but well equipped & very clean. The staff was friendly & extremely helpful with all requests. The restaurant food was delicious! This hotel is a gem in the heart of the business district!

I have stayed there twice now and the hotel is great. It's a very nice boutique hotel. Location wise, it's not the best. Not in a bad location - just a more "business" location so not where there are lots of restaurants, nightlife, etc. BUT the hotel makes up for it.

Good hotel, and very nice breakfast, clean and very nice people who work in this hotel. I advise this hotel, perfect atmosphere, nice view-and this is the goal of service Indigo Hotel. I reserved a room for my boss in this hotel. I have some problem, but front manager Paulina help me with all my problems, she talk with me 24/7. She is very good person and worker! I want say to this person a lot of times thanks!

We stayed at the hotel during the weekend for my friend birthday. We felt very pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel building the very impressive and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the top floor there is a wonderful pool with great view and atmosphere. I most say, the location isn’t perfect for taxi services were very easy. Recommend!

Maybe not in the most popular area but the quality/price is outstanding compared to other bigger hotels in tel-Aviv. Looks like a small boutique hotel where staff takes great care of guests, always a smile and ready to help. Breakfast is delicious with everything one needs. Overall a very relaxing stay!

Great service, nice and clean room, and wonderful rooftop pool and view!! The breakfast was also very tasty with nice atmosphere. The staff was very kind and helpful and I'll definitely recommend this hotel!

Small but very nice rooms, very clean and nice staff. The location is in the middle of the diamond district which sounds better than it is. It is an industrial zone, nobody around during evenings and weekends which can get creepy. If you have transportation the city is 10-15 minutes away. The pool is small, for basking around looking good but not for swimming.
