A hidden gem. Had a short stay in the hotel in August, not long enough. The hotel ambience, staff are all superb. Avi, Amanda, Ron, Simona are all dedicated to making the customer feel relaxed, and they exceed all expectations. Every aspect is superb, breakfast, happy hour, location, service, roof terrace. Kol Hakavod to everyone associated with the hotel. Lenga

My daughter and I recently stayed at this hotel on our trip to Israel. We really enjoyed the boutique atmosphere, friendly service and wonderful accommodations. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach and boasts a beautiful, relaxing environment complete with a rooftop patio for relaxing to watch the sunset. The rooms were clean, fresh looking and comfortably decorated. The air conditioning was easily controlled and the beds were extremely comfy. The hotel had free wifi, bicycles to use, beach towels, 15 minute massages and a wonderfully Israeli breakfast buffet. I would definitely come here again.

The Shalom Hotel and Relax is close to the beach but not on the beach. You need to cross the street and then walk through a small park. If you are planning a beach getaway please consider this versus some of the other hotels right on the beach. Outside of that we found the staff very helpful and the breakfast and afternoon happy hour delicious. The staff and meals aside though this hotel was not quite right for us. The room was very small and when taking a hot shower the entire bathroom filled with condensation and we then had to wipe down all of our cosmetics. We did have a three night reservation and upon us asking the great staff did allow us to cancel the second and third nights without penalty so we could move closer to the beach. Again, the staff is excellent and this was a class move on their part. I know the Shalom has gotten tons of good reviews but it was not a great choice for us.

I've been in shalom & relax hotel for one night and I will surely will get back here. Nice rooms, great location just near the sea great view from the roof with convenient chairs and a lot of very nice gestures from the team. From 15 minutes massage for free, very polite team over breakfast, happy hour of drinks and more. Superb recommendation!

We were surprised from the very nice design cleanness very good breakfast and lovely room all very near the beach as well as walking distance from activities and center The team is very nice and attentive and offers all kinds of touristic options . The rooftop very nice to relax .

We chose this hotel on the basis of price and the mild recommendation of our travel agent, who said she had no first-hand information about it. The location was good for us, and so was the price. The reviews mentioned small rooms. The reviews did not mention the warmth and friendliness of all the hotel staff whom we met. The people behind the reception desk, the staff in the dining area at breakfast, and every person who interacted with the guests, were helpful and informative. There were rooms of various sizes, including small. Breakfast was reliably good. Guests were offered a late afternoon drink and light snack. The beach was across the street. Two major shopping streets were within a five minute walk. We stayed a week, using the hotel and Tel Aviv as our base. We would do so again

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Shalom Hotel and Relax. The location is great, very close to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. We were welcomed kindly by the front desk (including a yummy treat and glass of wine). The service throughout our stay was absolutely exceptional (which honestly is rare in Israel, and I'm speaking as an Israeli). The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room was small but the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept on. The breakfast was delicious (try the shakshuka!) and the happy hour is a great perk (with a variety of alcohol and yummy appetizers). We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Shalom hotel in Jerusalem for 3 nights. It was a nice experience. The hotel is off the main beach , quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and tasty.

Good hotel Positives: Location is great for the beach. Rooms are quite but adequate. And have fridges and safes. Breakfast is absolutely fantastic. There is an iron/board available for those that need it. Always quick to get a taxi. (both via the hotel, or cheaper via GETT phone app) Negatives: The hotel's laundry service is expensive, but that will not an issue for most people. I would stay in this hotel again, both if coming on business or on personal vacation.

Amanda at the front desk is outstandingly good. She makes you feel so well looked after. CAnnot fault this hotel. I love it. Elegant and delicious breakfast. Perfect location. Very comfortable beds and clean and very pleasant decor - Hamptons chic.
