Wish there was a snack
I was charged $28 usd for my carryon bag that I use for all trips and is std size and weighs 12 kg I’ve been to 48 countries. This is a negative approach to the traveling industry. I won’t use them again
Apart from no entertainment, Wi-Fi or seat outlets, otherwise a very nice product in premium economy - which is business class. Seats are better than US business domestic in comfort and pitch. No alcohol on domestic flights, oddly, but perfectly good service. Good Sky Team partner in this part of the world.
They need to clarify boarding “lines”.. one for individuals with only personal carry one, the second for those with baggage to go overhead. But they let many through in the first line —even though they obviously had large roller bags. This did not go over well with those of us waiting to board in the second line.
Smooth landing, professional staff
Food could be easily and inexpensively improved.
The flight was uncomfortable, but you don't really care
The lines at check in in Iguazú were super long. This was the only part of the trip that was not good.
Very nice experience!
Boarding needs to be better organized
The beverages may contain licor. And maybe provide food. Is an internal flight But is a 2 hr flight At 7.35 am.
