Airport shuttle was right on time and the driver and the lovely lady at the front desk were so very sweet! Its an older hotel but the rooms were clean smelled nice and right by the airport.

Horrible, No microwave. roaches. daily changes sheets, towels and vacuum is not an option. no ice machine. if guest come, they are forced to seat on the bed. no chairs for guest. Unsavory guest WALKING IN THE HALLWAY. HORRIBLE. NO ICE MACHINE. THE LOCATION IS WHAT WILL FOOL YOU. IDEAL BUT THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE... BE ON GUARD IF YOU WANT TO STAY, IF YOU HAVE KIDS DO NOT BOOK THE ROOM I INITIAL WAS GIVEN WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, I CHECKED THE WINDOW, THE LOCK WAS BROKEN, MEANING ANYONE COULD ENTER AND KILL OR RAPE ME OR IF I WAS GONE STEAL ALL MY POSSESION. THIS IS A HORRIBLE HOTEL. I DON;T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. MY ROOM WAS NEVER SERVICED AND I WAS THERE FOR 7 STRAIGHT DAY. i HAD TO KEEP TAKING TOWELS OFF THE CART AND TOILET PAPER .NO MICROWAVE IS A CLUE... HORRIBLE

The room was dirty, the front desk lady did not speak clearly during check in, moved me rooms because I had a service anmal and tried to argue with me. She tried to charge me for a pet! The breakfast did not have everything out and when I asked the lady taking care of the breakfast said that’s it when clearly the other guests had items that were not displayed.

Shuttle and staff were the best part about this place. It was cheap and I knew not to expect much going in. The room smelled, sheets had holes and weren’t clean, bathroom was falling apart. Woke up to roaches climbing the walls.

I need a refund. There was dirty wet stains in the blind, cigarette burn stains in furniture and bed sheets in two rooms with a smell. Carpet is old and top comforter worn down. I had to leave immediately upon seeing this and after I told the attendant she showed us a second room with the same problems. We explained to her that it was not of our standard and she was amicable. However I was unable to get a refund because of the third party situation that I am attempting to navigate now. She canceled the reservation from the site.
