Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $200.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out is $50.

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed. Jeff is great to work with and very responsive to any questions or concerns. I stayed in the upstairs unit last summer, which was wonderful, but the first-floor unit was even better for us since we didn’t have to go up and down the stairs.The apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and exactly as described. I would not hesitate for a minute to rent this place again and would highly recommend it.

Getaway on The Hill

We had a wonderful getaway in this sweet spot right on The Hill! What a beautiful place in this friendly and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed mornings with the bakery across the street and the wonderful food and people of The Hill! This was a comfortable and beautifully renovated space in the middle of it all and in walking distance and short driving distance to some great attractions both on The Hill and in greater St. Louis.

Weekend stay

I secured this reservation for my parents, who were visiting for the weekend from out of town. They have stayed in a few other rental locations within the neighborhood and this VRBO has been their favorite so far. Everything was as described and pictured. You can hear the upstairs guests some, but it was no problem for them. Easy communication with property manager and clear, simple instructions for check-in/out. All was great!

The shower never got hot. My husband and I would have liked the issue fixed or compensated in some way but the it didn't happen during our 3 night stay.There was not any hospitality snacks nor water bottles. It felt very hotel like and not the desired, homey, B&B experience that we love.

Perfectly Situated

The place was clean and perfectly situated for our plans for the weekend. Very Hill charming. Also enough out of the traffic flow that it was easy to park. My only suggestion would be to let renters know where to find extra linens, towels and a broom. We needed them but didn’t find them till we were packing up.
