I stayed a week for my sons graduation my phone did not work in the room when I asked about the phone lines one of the staff said none of the phones worked in the room and he did not know when the people were coming out to fix it the breakfast food was the same everyday they did not have a selection for non pork eaters the yogurt machine was out the whole time other than that the overall stay was ok

Booked wrong date, never heard back on cancelling reservation, when we had arrived to check in (10 days prior on a road trip) the staff was not helpful and could not accomodate adjusting our stay, even though the parking lot was empty and sure seemed Like they would have had rooms for us
