The hotel charged me different prices than stated. The hot water didn’t work the second night at all. No help to get it fixed or address the issue. Very unsatisfactory.

This hotel used to be THE place to stay, but has not been maintained. The room was spacious but repairs and maintenance obviously neglected. Curtains were torn, carpet had spots and was worn, other furnishings dated and worn. However, bed was very comfortable.

The room smelled musty upon arrival. Later, we went to get in bed and found dark hair inside the bedding, specifically on the comforter, so I put it on the floor and went down to get clean blankets. I was told they didn’t have any at the front desk and didn’t know if they had any anywhere. It was close to midnight and no effort was made. Luckily we had some light blankets in the car, because all she would offer were sheets and towels. I complained about the situation when I turned my keys in this morning, and a different attendant told me they would let housekeeping know…. Offered absolutely nothing other than to help the next guest.
