Parking was easy. I felt safe as I arrived alone at night and there was ample lighting. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My room was in an area that felt safe with ample staff around until I was safely in my room. This is important for older females traveling alone and I appreciate it. There were shops nearby but I did not utilize them as I was in the area for a conference.

They advertise great breakfast was only cereal and cold bagals and toast cold sausage. coffee wasn't prepared, staff was snotty about it to my husband said my wife prefers decaff and had two decaff pots no regular.
