The hotel itself fine. Area around the hotel was very sketchy. There’s an abandoned, vandalized old Ramada Inn that needs to be torn down right next-door to the property.

I liked that I had a very peaceful experience. There was no noise in the hallways or interruptions in my stay. The room was clean and the pool was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was hot and delicious.

Pleased that we were able to have spacious accommodations for our extended stay, front desk staff was very nice and prompt with any requests. Unfortunately the room was not very clean, the bed linen was dirty, the floors were sticky in the kitchen area, the table tops and counters were dirty. The door to the room was very hard to open and close. We visited a local store to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathrooms and kitchen areas. Also with a family of 4 we requested more towels on day 2 of our stay and received one set. Also we were not aware that the rooms were serviced every other day until check in. We again visited a local store to purchase towels for our use for the remainder of our stay. It seems as if the hotel could do with renovations and updates. The room decor and carpet are dated, worn and smell. We did not use any of the pillows as they smelled. Due to our reason for traveling and not wanting to disrupt my family plans we stayed but in the future we will not be using this particular location. I did not find it was not worthy of the fee we paid for our stay.

I absolutely love this hotel. Super confortable & cozy. The kitchen had everything you needed and it was very clean. This is the kind of hotel where you just go turn off your cell phone & just rest and relax.

I loved my stay as usual but only one burner worked on the stove & the remote in the bedroom didn’t work but luckily the remote from the living room worked on both televisions. Also the stopper in the bathtub had to be held up until the water went out but other than that I was satisfied.

Nasty rooms, kitchenette, and bathroom. Nasty plates were left in the dishwasher. We noticed a smell and that’s where it was coming from. The bedding was not clean and the bathrooms hadn’t been clean at all. The toilets had something crusty on the seat and the floor was nasty and you could tell had not been mopped.

Very nice hotel. Very spacious with a good sized tv and the AC worked very well. The door between the front of the hotel and the bedroom would not close and we had to keep it open. Other then that, it was fantastic.

The first night we were there we had no power. No one called to let us know. We had 2 small kids and a baby and had traveled all day. It was hot. There was no AC. The elevator didn’t work and it was dark in the stairwells that I had to use to access my room while carrying my baby and my bags. There was a super disrespectful group there that threw chairs into the pool and left trash everywhere. The pull out couch in our room was full of trash.

First was the guy that checked me in. Very Very friendly and professional. The room was huge and amazingly clean. The bed was SO comfortable. THAT BREAKFAST!!! was absolutely Delicious. This is a very nice property although it looks a bit older. The rooms are excellent, the bathroom was clean and adequate and the grounds were very nice and well maintai ed.
