There were ants and other bugs all over in the room, sheets and blankets on the beds were NOT clean, and the fridge did not work properly. Bathroom was nasty. Will I ever recomend or stay here again....HELL NO

Where to begin...staff was hard to understand. When I called in to inquire about the hotel...I was told parking would be free. I spelled out th red word free in case they said fee. They daid that it was free...even for 2 weeks while we were gone. Also, I was told there was a free airport shuttle. Thd heater didn't work, several electrical outlets didn't work and they were doing work on thd room next to ours in thd middle of the night...so we heard hammering and banging. It was definitely not what we were expecting.

Staff is nice. Room is very basic but clean. Good enough for short stay. Wall plugs need to be upgraded because my chargers barely stay plugged. Need coat hangars, no closet. Bed was comfy. Reasonable daily cost for park n fly; cheaper than lots that are closer to airport

The room was dirty when we arrived. It smelled of chemicals and must. Within the first half hour we saw cockroaches coming from behind the dresser. We asked for a refund and we were denied. The staff was very rude and there was no coffee. I would not recommend this room to anyone and we will not stay ag. in. You should probably remove then from thus site
