The hotel staff was very nice and professional, however we felt there was a lack of communication throughout the hotel staff The hotel and room were clean overall. The pillows however were uncomfortable but that is due to personal preference. The hotel computers at check in were out of service and we were charged for copies of my credit card. The issue we had was that the pool was out of service until the evening of our second day there. We chose this hotel due to the location and it having a pool and hot tub. When we checked in we weren’t informed they weren’t working. Once we went to inquire after wanting to go to the pool, we were it was out of service. We waited 45 minutes until staff said maintenance would show up to check it out. They never did. I’m very disappointed with our stay regarding the pool/hot tub just because we were looking forward to this.

Fire Alarm

Fire Alarm went off around 9am for 5-10 minutes woke us up, went down and nobody said anything to us even when I went to check out, after working in the hospitality industry for for over 13 years and all of that at the front desk of hotels, I thought that was unprofessional of the hotel management to not put letters under the doors. Otherwise the young lady at check-in was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was stocked with plenty of choices.
