The hotel staff was very nice and professional, however we felt there was a lack of communication throughout the hotel staff The hotel and room were clean overall. The pillows however were uncomfortable but that is due to personal preference. The hotel computers at check in were out of service and we were charged for copies of my credit card. The issue we had was that the pool was out of service until the evening of our second day there. We chose this hotel due to the location and it having a pool and hot tub. When we checked in we weren’t informed they weren’t working. Once we went to inquire after wanting to go to the pool, we were it was out of service. We waited 45 minutes until staff said maintenance would show up to check it out. They never did. I’m very disappointed with our stay regarding the pool/hot tub just because we were looking forward to this.

Great place. Incredibly clean, comfortable beds, friendly service and the breakfast was one of the better ones. Just a side note, the pool is so loud, especially with kids in there. Not a negative at all. Just be prepared. I would definitely come back to this place and if this hotel is any indication of what this company is like, I would try others in the chain as well.

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Excellent service from front desk to cleaning the rooms. Breakfast is nicely set up and a lot of tables available. Location is great with multiple restaurants right in the same lot and more restaurants and lots of shopping close by. My 3rd time here and I love it more each time.
