The staff is amazing. The property is beyond dated. What modern hotel has hallway facing windows. The whole place needs a makeover to bring up to modern standards. As a stop over its fine but its not any better than a cheap motel.

The windows into the hallway were unusual. Seemed like it was a converted outdoor hallway. The walls were thin and you can hear next door conversations. But, it was clean and convenient.

The hotel is certainly clean. All staff were helpful and friendly. A couple of drawbacks. The hotel's layout makes it easy to get lost, but staff are usually nearby and ready to help. The bed was higher than normal - too high to sit with feet on floor.

This hotel is very drab & dark in the rooms. Had to change rooms due to a noisy AC. Second room had light bulb out, bedside fixture was broken. Bathroom floor is sticky. Just staying an overnight - bed & pillows are comfy though!

Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool was warm and clean. I enjoyed being able to have drinks at the bar and dinner without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast was better than I expected. Location was convenient and safe. Room layout was a little odd (bathroom door wasn’t very private) and my room didn’t have a window. We got one of the last rooms and it was right near the pool but it closed at 10 so noise wasn’t an issue as I had first thought it might be. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

The room was very nice. But we were right outside the pool area so it was very very noisy. Not a terrible experience though, and close to Montage Mountain, which is why we were in the area!

This is your average roadside hotel. The hotel itself felt a bit dated—some of the flooring was uneven. That said, we were very impressed with the breakfast, which was not your usual hotel breakfast, but included multiple hot and cold menu items, as well as free kid’s meal.

Housekeeping just opened my door and walked in as my 14 yr old son was sleeping at 8:30am July 5 2025 . I told front desk and all she would do is give me some points . lol what is that. ??? Then breakfast there was one waiter for the entire restaurant. It was not a buffet we had to wait forever then order and wait forever again . Very disappointed. And still waiting on my 50$ to go back on my card. I should be reimbursed for the stay or should have received a complementary night. It was a big deal and wasn’t taken seriously . I almost want to give case to my attorney. Under any circumstances should anyone just walk in a guests room at 8:30 am whatsoever!!! Not a knock nothing just came rite in. And it’s not like it was after checkout at 11:00 am it happened at 8:30am
