Convenient location, but the carpet was stained and sticky. The AC shut off while we slept in 79-degree temp. Found out the next day that it had to be reset.
Convenient to Interstate. Didn't like the quality of tv reception.

The walls are paper thin. You hear everything. Unfortunately I had an adjacent room whose music was art level 10 till 4am. You can hear TV on in rooms with normal volume.
