Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. We stayed here when going to a baseball game and visiting friends. I will stay here a again.
Great spot to stay off I-81 in Scranton. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful in finding an open restaurant late night. Room, linens, and towels were clean. Bed (king) and pillows were comfortable, and room temp cozy throughout the night. Breakfast was typical hotel fare; coffee tasty and hot! I would stay again here when traveling and handily recommend to others.
We loved the huge spacious room. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Comfy bed. Easy check in and out.
Staff was very nice and felt rooms were clean and sanitized .
Unfortunately pool and gym are closed. Breakfast is a to-go bag. COVID ruined it for us.
Clean place. I usually cringe at the thought of staying in an unclean room, never sure what the hotel and room will be like until arrival, but I was pleasantly surprised and I would to stay again.
The staff was wonderful. Rooms were very well kept. Perphaps a vending machines on each floor would be nice.
From the moment we arrived, right through check in the professionalism from the staff an all areas was terrific.
