The front desk was friendly, however the price I paid for the room I was extremely disappointed the room smelled like a locker room the shower didn’t drain properly the carpet was stained and looked very dirty the ac didn’t work properly I will not use this hotel again if I come back to Scranton and I would not recommend it.

I liked the restaurant portion and the friendly staff. It was some construction going on so it was a little loud in the morning, but it wasn't for the hotel. They were doing construction for the streets surrounding them.

Hot tub not working :/

It was a nice place. Walking distance to the mall, restrants, bars and aquarium. Friendly people. Although i stayed at this hotel because there was a hot tub. It was down for maintenence. I was disappointed. That was the reason i chose this hotel. It would be nice if it was posted or told about it when i booked my room that it was not working .

My room was 605. The towel bar and toilet paper roll holder were loose and hanging from the wall. There were weird smudges and marks on the furniture in the living room area. I could hear some kind of power tool nearby my room, at 11pm. I have photos of some of this.

Angie greeted us at breakfast on this, our third, visit to Scranton. This young woman makes you feel like you actually matter and engages in a way that you feel appreciated. Angie is, quite frankly, the reason we choose Scranton and the Hilton as our layover when travelling to Manhattan. Anyone interested in understanding the meaning of how to deliver the highest level of customer experience while be delighted to visit the Hilton in Scranton and ask for Angie at breakfast :)

The place is really nice. But after we checked in and went to our room 426 yesterday till today the room was never cleaned or anything. I called the front desk and they came right away and were very apologetic. One of the staff gave us a mothers day brunch brochure and said it was complimentary since what happen. This morning when we checked out and asked about it she said no that is just advertising it. I told her again the reason why. We weren't happy about it because we thought it was a nice gester since our room wasn't cleaned. Other than these issues we really enjoyed your hotel. Jane Brooker 5/10/25- 5/11/25.

Good location but ok front desk service

Very convenient hotel to University of Scranton. Parking is easy in garage across the street. Rooms are a very good size and in ok condition (some wear and tear was in bathroom - eg missing paint and towel rack broken). The woman at front desk was very rude which is surprising as have stayed here many times and service is usually very friendly.
