The room was good (but not great). One day of our stay we returned to find that the room had not been cleaned, not even new towels. We called the manager on duty and he was there in 5 minutes with new towels and even took away our trash. Top notch service for that.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only negative and it’s just that contractor brain in my head, was that the laminated flooring was spreading apart and it can hurt an and the right angle. Other than that, it’s a good spot.

I originally booked expecting at least a bad smell in the room. I was really surprised to find that I was comfortable walking around barefoot, and I don’t go around without socks in my own home. Also the water was the cleanest, most soothing water in any shower I’ve ever had. I don’t know how their soft water system works but it was heavenly. This was better than 3 and 4 star hotels I’ve toured. If I ever come back to Morro Bay for a visit, then it will be at this inn.
