Absolutely perfect location! Can walk to everything in Old San Juan. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Only downside was we had rooms on the first floor and they are very small and have no windows. Felt like a jail cell. If u stay here get a room on a higher floor.

The property is close to everything you need within walking distance from the cafe up the street for breakfast to dining options as well. It was just what we needed before boarding our cruise. Would definitely recommend for short stay overs.

Staff was friendly and great location, but... The rooms are so tiny that my wife and I had to take turns getting dressed. There is only 2 feet of clearance on both sides of bed and only 3 feet between foot of bed and wall. The bathroom is sufficient size. There is not a window in the room. My wife inquired at the front desk about getting a larger room with a window. She was told that only the 3 suites are larger and have a window and they were fully booked. The only fire escape is front entrance. In a very old building with no windows, in a cramped space, that is a very eerie feeling. The picture of the tables with hanging lights overlooking the ocean is at a street restaurant a couple of blocks away, not at the hotel. The other photos on the site are pics of the suites, not the regular rooms. The other guests we spoke to also said that they felt deceived by the photos and description.

Great location. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is it is very loud. Everything echoes. We were on the first floor close to doors. Not good when you are trying to sleep for an extremely early flight.

The room is basic and small, but was clean. The water pressure in the shower was poor. There is no on-site parking, but that's par for the course in Old San Juan. The location was decent. There are no real amenties included. I did not feel it was worth the cost.

It was the perfect location — in the heart of everything. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Staff there were quite helpful. We were only here 1 night, but if I return to San Juan, I will definitely book there again.

A diamond without polish. From desk employees very attentive. Clean facility. Room without safe box. Employees in the from desk can’t move due to accumulation of luggage. Room was not given until 4:00 PM , at that time everybody in line to get keys and finish check in. Well located.
