The room was excellent, the person that greeted us at the desk was also excellent, the food this morning for breakfast, which was included was also excellent. He even got the a diet Pepsi, which I so appreciated! We are coming back in 10 days to stay again and looking forward to it.

The provlem was expedia itself. I bookes two roosm for feb.15. My friend thrn booked an extra two nights for herself fev. 16 and 17. That shoukd habe been straightforward. Instead expedia cancelled one of my reservations for feb. 15 WITHOUT checkng with me or my permission. So i ended up having to rebook that first night for quite a bit more than my original booking. Not happy to habe paid 219 canadian instead of 177.00

Our room faced the mountains. Beautiful view! The bed was so comfortable. The black out shades worked so well we didn't know it was late morning. Breakfast and staff were great. The room was clean and beautiful. Clean and up to date. We would definitely stay there again.
