I had a great stay at this new hotel! The property is clean, modern, and has ample parking, which made arriving and leaving so convenient. I also really appreciated the 24/7 security—it made me feel safe the entire time. There are several restaurants and places to eat nearby, so grabbing a meal was never an issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I’ll be returning on my next trip!

The room and all common areas were spotless, the pool was nice although a small bar would have made it better, and the breakfast was delicious with a sunny patio and lots of indoor seating. The staff at front desk were polite but not as friendly or welcoming as I had expected. Great location with many nice restaurants and stores just across the street in the plaza.

The check-in is already late but ok that’s something that many hotels are doing nowadays. The insanity is: even having 3 hours to get our room ready by their own schedule, we arrived around 5:30pm and they told us our room wasn’t avaiable yet and asked us to wait for 30min more with a baby offering an “incredible” coffee.

The beds were hard and the pillows didn't give proper neck support, so the sleep was not comfortable. There's no microwave in the rooms and the minibar is too small that makes it difficult for lengthy stays. The coffee at the lobby is not complementary unlike most hotels and you pay $4 for a small cup. The towels are worn out and the staff didn't leave enough for everyone in the room. Same with soap and toilet papers. The water temprature for shower was keep changing between cold and hot which made it uncomfortable. There's no where to hang wet swim suits for drying. If you want to stay for 1 nights it's ok but I won't recommend it for longer stays

The staff was amazing! So courteous and friendly. Loved the bedroom, 2 double beds and beautiful view, large window that oversaw mountains. Starbucks right behind hotel + multiple shops and restaurants in the same plaza within walking distance. We walked at night to restaurants and there’s security in the plaza. We had breakfast buffet at the hotel daily which was delicious. Hotel has a small pool on the 3rd floor. The pool is warmer than the hot tub which is not hot. But beautiful views from the pool. There’s a gym next to pool area. Pool towels in the shelves outside. Anytime I called the front desk to request assistance, someone came within 5 mins. Restaurants do close earlier in Costa Rica so plan accordingly. We ordered food from hotels restaurant and it was delish. The check in/lobby/bar and restaurant are all on the 2nd floor so take the elevator up when arriving to check in. The hotel had parking too at no charge to us, which was fantastic. Would def stay here again. We took Ubers to and from hotel since it’s cheaper than hotel transport which has to be prescheduled. Costa Rican roads are super busy so give yourself extra time to get around. Pura Vida!
