The carpet was stained throughout the room. The AC unit made the carpet damp. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly and there was mildew on the grout. The door handle to the bathroom was falling off. That being said, the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Elevators didn’t work for many hours. We had to take stairs. Restaurant was closed at 10 and no room service after that time. Staff member who was a male was very rude and customer service needs to be important always.
They said they are pet friendly. There was no mention anywhere that there will be a $40.00 a day charge. Customers should not be surprised at check in time. The male check in person was not friendly or helpful at all

My room was above garage entrance and employee entrance Employees pounded on door to enter work at 6 am on sunday morning So loadly it woke me up over 6 times
I've visited several Wyndham's around the globe, but what I experienced at this hotel was just not ok. I checked in at around 8pm, and by 10pm I wanted to take a shower, only to figure out that there wasn't any hot water in the room. I called the front desk, and the guy who picked up sent a maintenance guy to help me out. They ended up moving me to another room, which I appreciated. The staff was great handling that situation. However, in this new room - where there was hot water- the smell was unbearable, it smelled like if you were in the sewage system. I called back, and told them about the inconvenience but told them I needed to go to bed as I had to get up very early, and my stay was only for a night. When I checked out, I told the lady all this and thought they would apologize or even offer me a discount or not charge me at all. She only told me, would you want to file a complaint? Very very sad about wasting my money here, specially since it is a very nice hotel. Wouldn't recommend and of course I won't be coming here anymore.
