There are food option not to far away. the buffet breakfast if you are looking for no pork or beef or healthy options, it is not for you. We encounter cold water 3 nights contact the front desk over 4 times in regards. They were kind but still then there was hair in the bathroom and bed, was fixed happen two times after cleaning. The expectation of a Wyndham was not there. I believe the building use to be something that was turned into a hotel.

Although the staff, food and premises were EXTREMELY nice and clean I kept experiencing issues with the room AC not cooling enough. Also CONSTANT key issues not being able to open doors or use elevators with it. Very frustrating to say the least. One of the main front 2 elevators was either not in service or only would go to Level 4 and Lobby.

The property appears dated inside the rooms. Furniture was scratched; did not seem as if they were reinvesting or doing much maintenance. Absolutely not worth the price. Dirty carpet in the room and smelled off, musky. Why would you use carpet in a tropical country? Parking garage is nice but smelled like sewer. The food in the restaurant was priced outrageously high and I received what appeared to be a children's portion; felt ripped off; food tasted OK. Staff was friendly.

The convenience of hotel and pricing are amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Secure, underground parking. My only complaint was that the rooms were a bit dated and the amenities (bar of hand soap and lotion) were not included. Other than that which are minor things this is a great area. Rooms were very large and bed was super comfortable.

It was awful, the room was a complete mess, located in front of a high traffic noisy highway. The air conditioning was also noisy and I could barely sleep on horrible pillows. Not even the phone worked and had to use my cel phone to call the front desk. The sewage smell on the parking lot was unbearable. Don’t waste your money in crappy property

Property has truly lost quality in the infrastructure, corridor carpet is old. The check in room I was provided had A/C water leaking. I had stayed before here and was in much better conditions than May 2025. Definitely not recommended from my point of view. Competitive price of other hotels around the Escazú are in better condition. Not a great experience. If you stay, the only convenience is the access of the highway and into the surrounding of Escazu. That’s all.
