The hotel is way too expensive for the quality and stand of the stay. Most experienced and long term employees were great. Both in the restaurant and at concierge at the entrance. This hotel really needs renovation and better cleanliness for the price they charge. It’s hard to believe this is an InterContinental. The lobby furniture looks old, and if you look at the bar lamps, several light bulbs are burned out. I was also charged $32 for three bottles of water from the minibar. The location is good and the food is good as well, but overall the hotel is overpriced.

The room was good. Front desk staff is not pleasant. Lounge and workers around the hotel were very nice and attentive. Room was clean and spacious
