Easy check in, comfortable and more spacious than I was expecting. Some noises here and there and a big loud fight outside my capsule at 2am were a bit disruptive but ear plugs would have helped. Overall very worth it for the price to be able to stay inside the airport.

I wish every airport had these! It’s such a great idea. Super cool pods, comfy and convenient with a lovely receptionist. Located in the basement, down the ramp next to the railway in a quiet area of an otherwise busy airport. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Once you’ve cleared customs, capsules are located on basement level of airport opposite train station. Location is reasonably quiet. Quite a hike to the nearest bathroom (up on the floor above) as the regular ones were “out-of-order”. Other than this rather painful inconvenience, the capsule itself was spacious and it felt like you were in some spaceship heading to mars. Would do it again.

If you run hot overnight, this is not the place for you. Website states there is AC, there is none. Runs on computer fans - which are very loud. Nearest washrroom is upstairs is there is maintennce with the closest one. Do not recommend. Owner does not want to give even a partial refund for false advertising on AC. Room ran at 28 degrees overnight. Horrible stay.

Terrible experience. First of all, there are no beds, only a thin mattress on the ground. The ceiling is only barely high enough to sit, impossible to stand. Worst. of all, there is no toilet, not even shower or washbowl, on the premises. The nearest toilet is one kilometer away at Suvarnabhumi Airport. At $67, the price was low, but I could not recommend the hotel for anyone, including backpackers.l

This is exactly how it is described on the listing. This is a great choice for convenience if you have an extremely late flight or an extremely early flight. Sleeping in the basement of the airport is very convenient in that situation. I felt safe and secure. Note: some hotel staff don’t know where to find this at the airport. Find your way to the lowest level (Basement) in the main airport building.

Property is clean. Staff friendly. Convenient for a layover avoiding going into Bangkok and fighting traffic. Cons- 5 minute walk from nearest bathroom Other issue during my stay- airport air conditioning broken in area of hotel. Only a weak fan in the capsule making it hard to sleep. Property should have provided partial refund as it did not result in much needed rest. I could have slept on a bench for free.

Great stay

It was a great short stay as I had an early flight to catch next morning. The capsule was clean and comfortable. The nearest toilet is at level 1. The staff was friendly and helpful during check in.
