Everything was wonderful! All staff were friendly and welcoming, ready to help in any way. I arrived late, but attached restaurant looked very nice. Room was far beyond what I might have expected. Clean, well lit, and very comfortable.Close to airport, shuttle took 6 minutes early morning (a bit longer at 9 pm when I arrived). Not a negative remark, but for information they do not have an elevator. Porter carried luggage to 3rd floor, and for me two bags were easily handled coming down. I’m sure they would have provided a porter for that if I needed. ONLY difficulty due to my inexperience with airport was finding shuttle contact point. But I called the hotel and they were able in English to direct me between Entrance 3 and 4 on 2nd floor. A single little spot had placards for 20 or 30 hotels. The workers (3rd party company) there contact your hotel, show you where to wait, and escort you out to shuttle when it arrives. It will be seamless next time I need to stay a night or more in Bangkok. Lastly, VERY affordable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel stayed here for 4 nights before flying home. We had an executive room and it was really big and comfy and clean. The bed was huge and probably the most comfortable bed we have stayed on in Thailand so far. The bathroom was nice and clean and had really nice power shower. Not a lot of outside noise only from corridors when people walking up and down. Staff were nice and helpful. Would stay again and would recommend.

Beautiful Hotel with many things to offer on site. My daughter got a massage, i used the gym and the restaurant had great food (the cafe). The staff was amazing, the gentleman that receive you upon arrival were always pleasant and extremley helpful.
