Breakfast was always limited and ran out quickly. The front desk staff was not knowledgeable. They did not provide a bill and when I asked if anything would be charged by the end of my stay, they stated that the extra charge would be returned. When I come home I find a fee of $30 per day was charged to by credit card. I recommend Holiday Inn to use a form like other hotels when guests check in to explain the extra fees.

5/27 at 1am , the fire alarm triggered. The supervisor must atleast give an update or redirect guests ,instead of leaving everyone cluelessly self evacuating ,especially seing guest with seniors and children.

Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff. The fire alarm did go off and we were all evacuated at like 5:30am-firefighters came and apparently it was a false alarm. That wasn’t great, but also not the fault of the hotel.

Great location near Fisherman’s Wharf. Room was clean and what we needed for our one night stay. They have a room to leave your bag while you go out to explore which was key for us. We didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast as it closed right before we got downstairs. Would stay here again.
