I thought the hotel was great for the price! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped — it had everything we could possibly need. The location was also excellent, close to everything, which made our stay very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great option for anyone looking for comfort and a good location without spending too much!

There is a club next door that is loud until late. Then cars were doing donuts and burn outs. Hotel was nice.

It was overall one of the best spots to stay near riverwalk. It is super walkable, 3 min walk and gets you to the main street of riverwalk. The room is neat and tidy, the staff listens to your requests and the valet parking is convinien. I just recommend to ask for the car 10 min before getting to the lobby because in the morning it gets a bit crowded.

The fact that "Valet parking" (is truly the ONLY option around) due to severe higher prices in other areas it's shocking. Property Management/Ownership should have some type of space so that YOU (as the guest can decide whether park on own terms or have them park your car. But in this case valet it's the only option. So do your own research before booking. Also if YOU booked through a 3rd party website (and are promised something expecific make sure the notate on account reservation). For example I arrived w/pets was offer one thing, it wasn't NO NOTES so I had to call in before checking to clarify... I still had to pay and just got a "credit" for future use. So make sure EVERYTHING is in notes before your arrival. Good Luck!

* Flight delay by 4 hours and difficult to get Uber at 2am. Upon check-in, we found Sonesta cancelled our reservation leaving us scrambling to find another hotel. The front desk was not helpful which adds to the shock and disappointment. * Sonesta charged us the first night for "no show". There is no place in the reservation nor on the website stating 'no show' policy.
