The staff was amazing and great. My hotel room the water would not get hot for a shower. After moving to a new room the water pressure was not there, the water was hot though. The internet would not work in our room at all. The internet apps for the tv would not work with the "new" internet. The breakfast I paid $9 per person per day (rather than what I was told $8 in person) was sub par at best. It was cold by the time the food got to the table which means it was not super hot. I was not asked at all when I left how I liked or enjoyed my stay. Just asked for my keys and "oh yes you're done". No discounts offered for any of the subpar things that you stay in a hotel room for -- namely hot water or good water pressure. Probably will not be returning to this hotel ever.

The shower in the bathroom was just mounted while it couldnt be used as there was no way to select the shower option. 1st time I experienced such a thing at a hotel in 40 years. I reserved the room including the breakfast, the lady at the reception very arrogantly told me that the amount i paid only covers the room without the breakfast and asked me if I have an email from expedia with the confirmation of the breakfast. To be honest I never received breakfast info on the email. I had a breakfast on another holiday inn hotel, didnt have it mentioned on the email either. I couldnt claim it since the staff there denies it. The staff was rude also, the checkin lady was also extremely rude. The elevator was another issue, 1 out of 2 elevator was not working, the one working was too slow to accommodate the need. The coffee machine also didn’t work! Besides above mentioned odds, the hotel is very old.
