I am requesting a refund. My room was directly next to a game rec room, the pool was dirty and did not work and the reason I booked this room was for the hot tub which was filthy and non functioning. I also got food poisininh from their breakfast.

Overall it was a fine hotel but the air conditioner did not work very well and was very loud. Also, although the breakfast had standard hotel fare, it did not taste good at all! Even the bagel tasted funny. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were fine.

It took us 3 tries to get a good room. First room someone was still in there. Second room the door would drag on the floor and the tv didn't. 3rd room it was much nicer.

I’ve stayed here before and it was clean and comfortable. I gave it another chance and this time it was horrible the room was dirty and the floors were sticky. It was extremely loud with people slamming doors all night and the staff member that checked us in was on the phone with her boyfriend the entire time and didn’t really engage with us.

Convenient location and frendly staff but room reaked (we think from dirty carpet), phone didn't work, pull out mattress was filthy, and bathroom was in poor condition. We also chose this hotel in part because of the hot tub advertised, but it was out of order.

We come here to Quality Inn once a month for our visit to SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas. The check-in is quick, the room is clean, and the breakfast is always delicious.
