First night there was great Alexa greeted me wonderfully. The coffee bar ended way too soon relative to what I was told, and the bathroom floor was flooded with water leaking from underneath the shower slicing doors. The room was overlooking a main road which was noisy at times. For the price I paid, I expected the water bottle to be included, but I guess not in NY.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made the experience special. The environment was wonderfully quiet and serene—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. I appreciated how well-maintained and peaceful the property was, allowing me to enjoy uninterrupted rest. If you’re looking for a place where you can unwind and feel genuinely cared for, this hotel is an excellent choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

THE ROSLYN TAPESTRY HOTEL I stayed 12/14/2025 one night at this hotel in a Suite after enduring 8 hours at airport due to cancelled flights related to snow. Upon arrival late to hotel , I entered the Suite and was appalled that the temperature inside the Suite was frigid and cold. Upon calling the front desk they finally had someone come and reset the temperature remotely. Unfortunately, it was still ice cold in the room and I was forced to go to the lobby in my pajamas and coat requesting a blanket that was no where to he found in the closet at the Suite. In addition, the phone was not working which is ultra critical to me as I make many business calls and my cell phone was experiencing glitches. The Suite that I booked was suppose to include a Fireplace which was missing. I spoke with Nikki a supervisor who would not provide any amount of compensation for these legitimate comfort issues. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IS MY ADVICE!
