This is a wonderful hotel that runs like clockwork. And the workers from behind the desk, porters, cleaning, breakfast are wonderful. Not fantsy but a great location. This was the fourth time would return for a fifth.

Excellent hotel

Everything was good the only bad thing about this hotel was that the AC was shoutdown, we asked the people in front and they told us the AC was shut because of the day and weather. Except from that it was an excellent place to stay.

Great central location for touring Rome!

The location was great, breakfast offerings were very good: ample and varied, good food, great service and great coffee. The room was adequate, good bed, tiny bathroom, no view but very quiet! Front desk personnel were wonderful - very friendly and helpful. Lobby was lovely, sophisticated and comfortable.

Hotel Tiziano

I think this hotel is ideal for people on a budget looking to be within walking distance of nearly all there is to see in Rome. The room was not exactly luxurious, and actually was somewhat small. That being said, my wife and I are smaller people who do not not need a palatial room. Room was clean, and we found the hotel staff to be very courteous and professional. Breakfast was very good. Best feature of the hotel is it’s outstanding location. Would recommend as long as guests are ready for a more basic hotel experience.

Great location!

The hotel is in a great location! You have the bus stop on the same block of the hotel. The buses are key and wfor lo take you everywhere. The only problem was the A/C wasn’t strong enough. The ceiling in the room is so high that the air conditioner doesn’t really cool off the room enough. Other than that we had no problems.

Great Location

the location is great, you can walk to everything except Vatican (a bit of a walk). Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps is close by (15 min walk). Colleseum is a 25 min walk which we did. The hotel service is good, and overall condition is not bad. Downside: the water drainage in the shower is terrible, and my group stayed in other hotels and it was the same thing. Could be a Rome issue.
