The breakfast service I so bad. The menu options are so poor. They obligated the people to keep a small ticket per day to use it. If you want a regular coffee or different options they charge for it. I bought the plan with breakfast include but was’t good idea for the restaurant instructions and terrible service

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly but the rooms felt a bit too small for the price. Though the blackout shades were nice you were also able to hear the cars at night because I had sound machine it kind of cancelled the noise out. There are a lot of conveniences as far as food, groceries and pharmacies nearby so that was a plus. The parking was a bit crowded so plan accordingly.

Overall my stay at Quartz hotel was Good, it could’ve been great but I found myself stuck for 2 hrs inside of the restroom until maintenance was finally able to open the door. They did accommodate me after with a free upgrade to a suite and spa credit. The staff were great . Only other complaint is the plumbing, the drains were very slow and black sludge would come out at time.
