Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The room could've been cleaner. We had to move because there was no hot water and banging pipes due to the current renovations that were underway. Would stay again.

One side of hotel was being painted, so parking was limited for equipment. An entire side of the hotel’s windows were covered. The hot tub was out of commission (which was the entire reason I chose this location for my trip.)

Claimed they had trailer parking, they in fact had NO trailer parking. So I had to park my truck and trailer a mile away. Not very happy will definitely never be using this company again.

We stayed in Rockford Illinois for a family reunion. Casey at the front desk was wonderful and very helpful. Mary did a great job with breakfast service as well! We really appreciated how attentive and kind they were.
