We have stayed here so ma y times. The breakfast is amazing (fluffy Belgian waffles) omelets, fruit, etc. the rooms are always clean and very comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are always clean and well maintained. We have stayed for holidays, birthdays, and out of town guests.. it is absolutely one of our favorites!

I will for sure be choosing this hotel again when we visit the Rochester area. The professionalism and courtesy of the staff was above reproach. It did not matter what time we were coming in. The people were so nice and professional. To be honest, the customer service felt like we were staying in a high-end hotel. The breakfast was just okay, but the hotel as a whole was the best mid-level hotel we have ever stayed in.
