Very spacious, quiet, accessible via a 10 min walk to Mayo campus all indoors via well-marked skyway and subway. And connected to a City parking deck ($18/day) and many amenities like the Hilton Hotel, The Galleria, good views and more. Second bathroom is a nice touch and the full kitchen w d/w is a must for a stay of any length. Suggestion: bring groceries, a small supply of condiments, spices, essential kitchen items as the supplies are sparse. 24hr front desk personnel were very helpful, we extended one day without a hitch. Gym was doable for a light workout, we did not try the spa facilities.

There were wasps and beetles in my room. Staff claimed every room has bugs and only used a vacuum. I was bitten during sleep and developed several swollen welts. Such conditions are unacceptable for a five-star hotel, leaving guests feeling unsafe and unprotected regarding their health.

Apartment was spacious and clean. It is definitely getting older and could use some refreshing. Need to provide more soap. 2 little bars of soap is not enough. We did enjoy the proximity to walk to the Mayo.

Kitchen was good for an extended stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks. It was more convenient to be able to prepare our own meals instead of going out for each. The skywalks made the walk to the clinic easy so we did not have to rent a car, worry about parking and we saved a lot of money by dping that. It also provided us with a good workout going back and forth. The staff was friendly and always helpful. We will come back again.

If I knew what to expect, I might have been less disappointed. Beware this is not a hotel, if you’re looking for a furnished studio, this might be good choice but if are looking for well served in hotel, you can get much better place in the area fir this price. No kitchen in the building other than inside studio so they can not provide anything. Overall very average room and very much overpriced!

Great place to stay. Very handy for walking to the Mayo Clinic. Also very clean. Although we only stayed one night, it would be especially nice for longer stays as it really is a small apartment.
