No blackout shades on our windows and no desk chair in the room. When I could finally get the girl at the front desk to look up from her phone all she could say was “we don’t have any” not even a offer of we can move you to a different room. Kind of hard to sleep when your widows don’t have shades and face the front of the building and the room carpets looked like someone was killed there. Side tables by bed were broken and hanging off the wall to the point you couldn’t put anything in them because it would just slide off. Total disappointment. Kept wondering if I was in a motel 8 or à la Quinta , but the charge to my credit card indicates otherwise. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN. ITS A DUMP.

The room was basic I was in 228 and most everything was fine. The faucet in the Bathroom was not fastened to the sink and moved when you turned the water on which was problematic. The young lady that checked my family in was militant about when we could check in and we sat in the lobby for 30 minutes while she waited until 3pm on the nose to allow us into our room. I felt it was petty and honest left a bad taste on the hotel. I enjoy the location to family but may check other options in future.
