My husband stayed for a house hunting trip and overall the stay was fine until the very last night. While he didn’t make a complaint (though he should have), there were a bunch a kids being loud and obnoxious the rooms either next to his or across the hall. They were loud and disrespectful to where he could not get any sleep. In his words, even a pillow over his head didn’t help. I’m surprised more people didn’t complain or they did and nothing was done about it. Overall we like La Quinta but this was very disappointing.

Very pleased with the size of the junior suite room and the door separating the bedroom from sitting room. The negative was the beds were against the elevator wall - Scrambled eggs were cold.

I do not recommend this property. The rooms dirty, they have cockroaches and the mattresses all stained. Don’t know how this hotel is still in business!!

THEY HAVE MICE!! 🚨 Long story short, we called down to the desk at 3am on day 2. We spotted the mouse behind the tv stand, the receptionist was not alarmed at all, as if she already knew. She stated she couldn't come up due to being the only one at the desk. After packing up our bags trying to avoid the mouse, we got down to the desk to check out but had to wait for the receptionist 10 minutes to return from somewhere. The receptionist said the manager would call in the morning....Never received a call or an apology. Still being respectful to the receptionist even after having our night disturbed, having the mouse crawling onto our belongings, and our food literally eaten, we remained respectful. They may have offered another room but the receptionist never even made eye contact. There was absolutely no understanding or empathy for the inconvenience. My fiance booked through Expedia only receiving a 49 dollar refund! We are aiming to get a FULL refund. The mouse was in a second floor room. I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY. We noticed after getting into the room that we started sneezing, coughing and shortness of breath due to asthma and allergies. But we didnt realize where it was coming from until after seeing the mouse.
