Room was not cleaned. Had to ask for fresh towels. There was some type of allergen in the room that kept me sneezing whenever I entered. Was denied a refund for one day stay because of an impending storm.

The room was absolutely spotless, all of my special accommodated were met. The wheelchair assessible rooms are great very roomy including a shower chair, refrigerator and a microwave. Thank you I enjoyed my stay.

Everything about the room was good- comfortable mattresses, newer furniture, etc. The problem was breakfast. On both days we were there, the eggs were barely warm and we couldn’t eat them. Not a big selection so eliminating eggs made for disappointment

The property was good BUT the heat unit in the room did not set at temperature. Needed repairs. Breakfast was good but a juice option - not flavored water , would be better. Otherwise, a good choice....very few guests so no knowledge of how would be in season.

Slow time of year, but the hotel was in great shape, staff friendly, and for the time of year it’s hard to manage breakfast, but they did a terrific job. Hotels are all near the railroad tracks, but we weren’t bothered by it during the night.
