Punta Cana Vacation Packages

The hotel is good. It has excellent facilities, and the food is decent. However, during my stay, there were rules prohibiting the use of vapes, hookahs, and loudspeakers. Despite this, there was a group of people in the pool area making excessive noise and vaping. Security should do a better job of enforcing the rules and paying attention to these situations. Guests come to relax and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, and there should be better control over individuals who drink alcohol and then behave however they want. Please also keep the pools clean.

Food was horrible and uncooked, u couldn't enjoy the vacation because they're always asking for money. The resort told us that we purchased a privilege package but expedia only gave us the basic room at resort and resold the privilege portion. The price wasnt worth what we paid. Would not return.

The staff was friendly. This was the highlight of the stay. The drinks were horrible. Too sweet. They could work on cleanliness. Had to call them to have my room cleaned better. I wouldn't personally stay there again, however, I would recommend someone else to stay at Majestic.
