We had a lovely stay in our very reasonably priced suite. It was so nice to have the extra room. The cookies were delicious and such a nice touch. We enjoyed the breakfast and would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to seeing things in Hyde Park and the surrounding area. Our only negative was coming back one night to a room that had not been refreshed as requested. The team did their best to correct the situation.

The Hampton Inn met our needs in terms of cleanliness and comfort. It was Memorial Day with college graduations nearby, so it wasn't necessarily a deal, but everything was expensive that weekend. But the hotel was well kept and even my germophobe friend approved of it. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast was pretty standard with both hot and cold options, and the dining area in the lobby is spacious. We did not explore the area directly around the hotel, but it's a short drive to the main area of Poughkeepsie.

Comfortable bed, spacious room. Toilet never flushed right. Hot water. Its located next to the red roof inn and seems like people are living there and the bus picks kids up there, people will be roaming the parking lot even though they are not supposed to, they park there and frequently outside smoking weed. Really need security watching the parking lot. Breakfast was good but never had bacon. Wifi poor quality.
