I'm not sure if its the 3rd time in a 3 night stay housekeeping needs to say are you checking out? Not good morning. I also spoke with the front desk 3 times on the same subject and yup.. each day I'm there. I think it's clear they are either going out of business, desperate to stay in business, nothing in the room. not a pen or a bible.... not to mention the art in my room... had to cover with pillow cases the evil images were too much. It was quiet... Pay you staff more Hilton. ps if if you pay for valet DO NOT assume they'll get you a luggage cart and help you to your room... oh no. i booked a handicap room for a reaon and they did NOTHING to help. If you have needs DO NOT STAY HERE.

This hotel is in an amazing area. Right by the water and has everything you could ever want in Portsmouth near and dear. High cost due to the location but it is worth it. Hotel breakfast and bar is cheap though.

Great location!

Very convenience location and many options for dining, shopping, etc. within walking distance. Parking was just across the street so although pricey, it was easy to get in and out. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect. My only complaint is the breakfast. We paid $15 each for the worst breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen; the only edible items were the cereal and English muffins. Next time will steer clear and find a breakfast restaurant close by. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Great location modern yet cozy and clean

It took 45 minutes to check in because they didn't have my reservation. I booked two queen beds and they gave my friend and myself a king bed, so we had to go back to check-in and start over again.

Hilton should be embarrassed to have its name associated with this property. First hallways floors need a major vacuuming. Arrived at our 2 queen bed room. Both beds had chunks of veneer missing and one spot taped. Bedspread was frayed. Dresser had a long gouge on the front. Shower was moldy!!! Called front desk was assigned another room. Told front desk on condition of the room he stated that he would notify management. Well I assume they must know because someone taped the bed. Room #2 table between chairs had chunks of veneer missing. Bathroom, sink drained very slow, toilet seat is basically broken and needs to be replaced. Shower looks like it was installed by one of my grandchildren. Huge seam on wall, silicone spots are everywhere and once again some mold If you gave me a month of free stays here I'd pass! Mind you this hotel is located next to million $ condos. I debated between 3 hotels for our stay and certainly picked the wrong one!

Our room had no hot water when we called the front desk they sent maintenance who did nothing except advised us to let the water run for 30 minutes and it should warm up. This “fix” didn’t work and we missed our special celebration dinner reservation and ruined the launch party for my new book because we could not shower

Pool was ground level so people outside on the sidewalk could look in, no privacy and awkward for guests. Parking costs $30 Overnight and had to pay everytime I took my car out of the garage. Over all just didn’t feel great about staying here.

Clean

Love the hilton facilities. Quiet and accomodating

The front desk person Serida (sp?) was OUTSTANDING. Her level of customer service and attention was SUPERB! She is a great representative of your company. Also, Peter the young man parking vehicles. He was fantastic! Attentive. Speedy. And a great personality!
