I didn’t like that I paid for king bed and didn’t get it. Sheets were stained and hot water wasn’t working first night . Won’t stay at this hotel again
Loved this place! The rooms were great, the hotel itself was super pretty, and the staff was amazing. We also loved that there was a shuttle to and from downtown! Super easy, and let us escape the city after a long day of exploring.
What a beautiful hotel and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and we knew everyone's names by the time we left the hotel. It was an extra bonus that they had a free shuttle to downtime Portsmouth and he dropped us off and picked us up from anywhere we wanted. I would definitely suggest this hotel if you are traveling in the area.
We loved the balcony, wish we had one but my sister shared hers. We super love that the windows open. good hot water. Fire downstairs lobby & the waterfall creates a very nice relaxing ambience. Great space for a breakfast but not so much for an evening lounge space. The shuttle and our driver Judy beyond belief !!! So friendly & so convenient!
Hotel is a great location and very close to shopping in New Hampshire and Maine.

It was much better than expected. We wanted to be close to downtown and this exactly as advertised.
We arrived early and were immediately booked into a wonderful room w/two queen sized beds. the linens were fantastic. I am now a linen "snob"! I will not buy anything less that what they have in their guest rooms. We had terrific wait staff and housekeeping as well. Thank you Marriott - I am sure we will be back soon!
We really just needed a spot to lay our heads and this hotel was just fine. It's right on the highway so it's noisy. We could also hear everything that happened in the hallways from domestic disputes to little kids running and screaming and slamming on the walls. A lot of this can't be controlled by the hotel, but be aware that it isn't the quietest place to stay.
Right off the highway and very convenient to Portsmouth. Also visited UNH and was about 15 min. drive and easy to get to. Clean and quiet hotel and friendly staff.
Close to the Interstate, easy drive to downtown and the Harbor. I enjoyed the Bistro Burger in their inside restaurant, the Bistro. On the weekend the breakfast buffet is varies and ample.
Our stay was comfortable and the staff friendly. Only down side was the closing of the breakfast buffet, which was always one reason we chose this hotel.
