My refrigerator did not work. No hotel food options or drink. It is not water front at all. The name is very misleading. We had a view through a tree where you could squint and maybe make out some water. Very disappointing

The location is great. Comforting curbside appearance. The neighborhood is filled with great finds in dining. Our suite was clean with exception of some hair we found in our tub/shower. Overall the furniture is showing its age.The valet parking guys were excellent!

Great location. Very good condition. Shower control has flow control too. I hate hotels where you can't control the flow. We did tell the hotel. It would be nice if they had more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathtubs. Also, if you don't want to pay the valet service you can just drive your car yourself to the Foundry garage 3 blocks away. Breakfast was good. We did give feedback that we wish there were were real cutlery and ceramic plates instead of plastic, plastic and plastic and plastic. There is a lot to do in Portsmouth. There is dining and shopping. There are tour boats that go out to the isles of shoals and the beach is in Rye.

Hotel is definitely feeling a bit run down. Room in need of a refresh and bathroom has poor lighting and ventilation. Disappointed in this stay.

The hotel is accessible and is conveniently located in a very nice area near the water and with many choices of very nice restaurants. The staff are very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious. It is a nice place to stay.
