Dog friendly is nice

Hotel room had a musky smell and air filter in room badly needs changed, very poor air filtration.

Pool and spa were closed for maintenance.

Per an email I had received, there was to be no typical hot Hampton breakfast due to COVID policy. We arranged plans according to this email. However, when we went down to the lobby to checking out, after eating breakfast via other arrangements, we saw there was full hot breakfast. We would have saved money being able to utilize this amenity had it been reported to be in fact be a full breakfast.

The facility was clean, especially considering COVID , however receptionist was not wearing a mask and other clients were not reminded to do so.

It was nice having stores and food options right next to you

The sink drain was nearly plugged; the bed spread was too heavy; the breakfast was sub-par; heating-cooling system was noisy and too much for the room size.

Clean, friendly. Quite besides it was the forth of July and people were doing fireworks in the parking lot. Front desk was super helpful and nice, really made you feel welcomed, laugh alittle. Very comfy bed and pillows. They are taking the extra steps to make sure things are clean and safe.

Friendly staff, very clean, good location. Iron was broken...did not work.

They gave us a roll in bed without any blankets. They ran out of sausage for breakfast 25 min before it ended and refused to cook more.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near Portsmouth (although you will need a car to get to town), affordable and pet friendly. Great option!

We certainly have struggled with our pool. Several mechanical issues have caused much inconvenience. However, the last of the needed parts should be here next week and we should be good to go once installed.

Thank you for your review of our location. I apologize that you were expecting our front desk agent to be wearing a mask. In lieu of our front desk agents wearings masks we have installed a full plexiglas shield at the front desk in order to protect our guests as well as our team members. We also do our best to remind our guests that masks are required when in our public spaces, but I will certainly remind the team to be more on top of this. As more and more people are getting vaccinated it seems like this has become more of a challenge.
