The sink drain was nearly plugged; the bed spread was too heavy; the breakfast was sub-par; heating-cooling system was noisy and too much for the room size.
Clean, friendly. Quite besides it was the forth of July and people were doing fireworks in the parking lot. Front desk was super helpful and nice, really made you feel welcomed, laugh alittle. Very comfy bed and pillows. They are taking the extra steps to make sure things are clean and safe.

They gave us a roll in bed without any blankets. They ran out of sausage for breakfast 25 min before it ended and refused to cook more.
Nice hotel, conveniently located near Portsmouth (although you will need a car to get to town), affordable and pet friendly. Great option!
I usually stay at a different hotel but decided to try Hampton Inn since it had a pool and jacuzzi so my granddaughter and I could swim. I stayed three nights and I hated to leave. Even though it seemed booked, it was so peaceful and quiet. Not the usual sounds of doors slamming, dogs barking and toilets flushing. The beds and pillows were amazing. I intend to stay here as often as I can.
This hotel has good accommodations and we enjoyed our stay.
Significant other and I drove up to Portsmouth for Columbus day weekend, had lovely weekend of Italian food, fall foliage, and cider. Comfy bed and clean room greeted us at the hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cannot wait to go back.
After traveling all day up the East Coast, we stayed here and had a nice and quiet rest. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. We ate at a local restaurant and had a good experience as well. We would definitely stay here again.
I usually stay at Hyatt or Marriott. No matter how hard they try, they will still be dirty, old, outated hotel- I will never stay here again. I even saw these chinese family ( of 6-8 people) sleeping in one room. So ghetto. Maybe it's good value for the money.
I like that they promoted clean sheets for every guest. The hotel was beautiful, the room had more than what I thought, the hotel as well.

I apologize that you did not enjoy your stay and that you found our breakfast to be sub-par. Unfortunately we are limited to a grab and go style breakfast at the moment which severely limits our options; however, we are doing the best that we can to provide a variety and would be more than happy to entertain any suggestions that you may have!

I apologize that a rollaway was brought to you room without any blankets on it. I will certainly address this with our housekeeping team. I also am sorry to hear that there was not any more sausage when you arrived at breakfast. Not refilling items is very atypical of our new breakfast team so I will be sure to follow up to see what happened. Thank you for bringing these items to my attention.
