The hotel was in a great location. It is new, clean and has a great selection of snacks for purchase. The breakfast had great options. The lounge area was great in the lobby. It was nice for people to hang out.
Everything aside from the bed was good. The bed was hard as a ROCK. Couldn't sleep at all and there's not much point to a hotel you can't sleep in.

Property was clean, staff was friendly. Pool is very small. My one big complaint is that they have onsite parking but only through Valet and for a fee. Why? Especially when your valet tag is a release from liability. So you want me to hand over my keys, charge me to park my car but not hold you responsible for my vehicle or any belongings in it while it is out of my control?

Clean large rooms, very good breakfast buffet with eggs, sausage, cooked oatmeal, waffles. Valet parking on site. Short walk to restaurants and shops, 10-15 minutes from waterfront area. Very convenient
I had no problems with my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and our room was great. Much better than the AC but at the same price point and closer to downtown.
This was the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in in a while, and I've traveled a lot. Everything was easy, and the hotel is well located to explore Portsmouth on foot. The staff was pleasant and the facilities nice. I guess they are remodeling over the upcoming months, so you might want to check before booking a stay in mid-2022. I actually wouldn't change anything. The room was spacious, quiet and really comfortable.
