There is an extra bedroom downstairs off the garage near the pool area. There is a family room and living room downstairs as well as the dining room off of the kitchen. Home has a pool and hot tub with plenty of yard space. Located minutes from I95 and Florida's Turnpike. Central to shopping and 30 min from beaches.
