Property was conveniently located. Dated facility in need of an update. Coffeemaker in room did not work. They offered free coffee in the lobby, but it was not hot! They boast that there is a microwave and refrigerator in room, but do not offer any utensils or bottle openers! No tissues in the room. Staff was sparse when asked for help. I’d stay somewhere else next time. Other choices right near this property.

Very close to shops and highway. Easy to get on and off 95 and just a short drive from the golf courses we played.

This is 21th century and there’s no smart tv at this hotel!

Everything about the hotel was excrllent, including the restaurant. The cost was also

Nice hotel, big room! Only downside was people in the hallway at 1am in the morning having a conversation outside my door.

Trash in the pool area and that is mgmnt . Not having trash recepticals makes some people drop trash anywhere. Also wild romper-room in the lobby at midnight and children playing in the hallways. Someone smoking cigarettes in or near the front door so smoke was in the lobby. When I told the front desk they said they didn't smell it. THAT is poor customer care!

The hotel was clean, beautifully furnished, and staffed with very friendly personnel. The staff at the restaurant attached were very helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent staff and facilities. I personally didn't like the "upgraded" beds. May be a deal breaker for me staying at Hilton.

We had a great experience during our stay. Super friendly staff all around, clean ,quiet, great dining, relaxing pool area, comfortable beds and great sized rooms! Can't wait to return !! :)

Upon checking in one of the front desk staff members, Tina, asked the purpose of our visit. I mentioned we were in town to attend the funeral of a family member. To my surprise and delight, in my room the next day was a condolence card signed by everyone on the staff, and a free cheese tray to share with my grieving mother. I have never received such genuine care from any staff in my many years of travel.

Visiting with family for a short trip. Hotel was nice clean and very good location

This was my third stay at Hilton Garden Inn at PGA Village/Port St. Lucie. The location, all of the amenities, and the staff are terrific! Overall, the property is extremely comfortable.

Great location great staff room was large and clean will be back

I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the great staff. I was surprised that the hotel did not provide a complimentary continental breakfast or "happy hour" I have traveled for both business and pleasure. Even Microtel has a continental breakfast. I was taken aback in a good way by one of the housekeeping staff, Amy. I left a little something for taking care of my room each day. I all my years of traveling, she is the first hotel staff member who ever left me a handwritten thank you note. I was so impressed that I completed a comment card and let the front desk know about what an impression Amy made on me. As a customer service manager, these are the little things that make me a very happy client.

Clean and friendly service. I definitely recommend this location. Great location.

Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was wonderful, the room was very nice, the pool and outdoor area was beautiful. All in all, our visit couldn't have been much better. The only slight disappointment was with the hotel restaurant. We had breakfast one morning, and found the food and hot beverages to be cool instead of hot, and the meal turned out to be just average. We will be back next year for our annual Spring Training trip and are looking forward to another great stay at your hotel.

In this day age, it would have been nice to have bfast included in the price!

Never have had any issues with this hotel, always clean and everyone is very nice. The tv had some issues in our room but nothing ridiculous. We stayed during a golf tournament so there was golfers everywhere and our floor housed some of the younger men. When we walked to our room it felt like a dorm because the men were walking and knocking on doors and loud but never had any issues once we were in. Overall still love this hotel. Great Deal.

This is a great hotel. Perfect location off of 95 and close to everything in Port St. Lucie. The front desk staff is always very friendly!! Can't beat the price!!
