Front desk staff very friendly and helped when they could. Floor had trash on it iron had something burnt on it, ironing board cover was filthy and broken. Hard time getting cart in room door jam to high. Shower head was loose. I would’ve given 2 stars but front desk staff was trying and kept apologizing.
