Pool was NOT heated and the Hot tub was not working
Plenty of parking for everyone. The room was a decent size . The bathroom was kinda small but it did its job

The property seems to be undergoing renovations. We were very disappointed with the condition of our room. The moldy smell was so bad that we could not sleep and coughed all night. Finally at 4am it got so bad that we asked to move rooms. The staff was very accommodating about moving the room and the next room although it appeared in the same condition but at least there was no bad odor. We had stayed at this hotel 3 years ago but never experienced this. It had really gone downhill.
We paid for a king size bed but when we came to check in they said everything was sold out and they only had a double size bed available. It was me, my husband and toddler. We had horrible sleep because we were so crammed in the bed. I tried to sleep on the couch which was so uncomfortable. I would have slept on the floor but it was dirty. I would never stay here again. I’m going to request a refund because if I would have know they will change our rooms without permission I would have NEVER stayed here. Maybe since we booked thru a third party like Orbitz we get the last available room versus booking through holiday inn directly. But the problem was we paid for a king and got a double bed. Also the internet didn’t work.
Staff are great. Room and bathroom need fixing/ renovation.
We loved the pool area
The staff was great. They were welcoming and pleasant. However the bathroom was not clean. It had visible urine stains on the toilet seat. Once the staff was made aware, they cleaned it immediately
.
No one ever came to my room to clean or give me towels so I had to find towels and toiletries. Also there are no safes i rooms.
The pool area was pretty cool and very well kept up
Morning staff was friendly and helpful. Toilet ran night and day, it was never addressed by maintenance.
