About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Luxury Beach Villa Ideal for a Multi-Family Stay in Playacar – 4BR – 2 Families

Our Playacar beach rental villa is perfectly set up for traveling families accustomed to 5-star hotels who want a different, more private, and exclusive experience.

If that’s you, you’ll really enjoy our place because instead of renting 2 or more hotel rooms for your full family, you get an entire luxury beach villa in a gated community, professionally staffed, at a much better rate. Its spacious, premium amenities and superb location provide a unique Playa experience.

The 4-bedroom house sleeps 8 comfortably and can fit up to 10 guests. But here’s the best part: It has two MATCHING Master Suite Bedrooms, making it ideal for a multi-family vacation.

Each spacious Master Suite has a California king bed and includes a large bathroom and attached dressing room. Rooms 3 & 4 each have two beds with plentiful closet space and share a bathroom.

72 STEPS TO THE BEACH… WITH THE BEST PRIVATE BEACH VIEW ON OUR ROOFTOP LOUNGE

You will have the comforts of home with the sparkling blue Caribbean Sea just steps away. The four bedrooms are large and comfortable as are the multiple bathrooms.
Cool off in one of the two swimming pools. The splash pool on the roof has great views of the Caribbean’s “7 shades of blue.”

The technology is as you’d expect with five satellite TVs with the latest technology and an integrated SONOS surround sound system that can be individually operated at different areas of the property (all controlled through a smartphone app).

High-speed WIFI throughout the house is the fastest possible, and new mini-split air conditioner units in all bedrooms and living areas cool the place quickly. For your peace of mind Carbon Monoxide detectors and smoke alarms throughout the house (which is not common in Mexico houses).

The villa is packed with all the essentials you need for a great stay. We’ve got you covered with beach towels, beach chairs, flatscreen TVs, and a beautiful new kitchen that is a focal point for the open living area.

500+ count cotton linens, supreme quality mattresses, and a portable crib add comfort for the whole family.

Watch the cruise ships in Cozumel from your room or our amazing rooftop lounge. Have us hire a chef for you, or barbecue from the built-in grill while mixing drinks at the built-in bar area. The roof also features a dining area with beautiful evening lighting.
Watch the sunrise from the beach or your private roof lounge chairs… the list of little luxuries goes on…

FULL-SERVICE, PROFESSIONALLY STAFFED & MANAGED

You’ll have a caretaker and maid to assist you and make your stay effortless and carefree. We will even help arrange transportation to and from the airport.
And better yet… we offer an exclusive, Full-Time Personal Concierge to greet and assist you with all your needs! (Note: not a concierge company... a friendly, highly connected, and capable person fully available exclusively to you for anything you need!)

Languages Spoken by Our Private Concierge: English + Spanish + Italian

EVERYTHING WE DO IS INTENTIONAL… OUR SPECTACULAR REPUTATION IS NO ACCIDENT

We’ve received hundreds of 5-star raves and reviews over the past 18+ years of renting this beach home. Take a look. Read our reviews. They speak volumes.

ENJOY THE PRIVATE PLAYACAR LIFESTYLE – A GATED BEACH COMMUNITY

You’ll be staying in a quiet, secure beach community called “Playacar Fase Uno” (Playacar Phase 1). It has gated access, with security patrolling the streets 24 hours a day.

You’ll find ancient Mayan ruins sites near the house, with tennis courts also available. “Playacar Fase Uno” is along the beach while “Playacar Fase Dos” is another community right behind it.

The Playacar community is at the south end of Playa, so you can walk to the popular “5th Avenue” within about 8 minutes.

PRIME LOCATION: WE’RE LOCATED ON THE NORTH END OF PLAYACAR FASE UNO

Conveniently located close to 5th Avenue. Many of the restaurants, shopping, and other things you’ll want to experience are within walking distance. There’s no need for taxis like many of the houses further away, which is a substantial consideration (especially if you’re walking with children) so you can preserve your energy for walking down 5th Avenue.

COME EXPERIENCE THE BEST PRIVATE BEACH VIEW IN PLAYA FROM YOUR OWN SECLUDED ROOFTOP LOUNGE

Our rooftop lounge is a fan favorite (and the place our family spends most of our time day and night), so we’re drawing even more of your attention to it.
It has some of the Best Caribbean Sea Views in all of Playacar’s private homes! Stay in Extreme Luxury, comfort, and the convenience of a staffed, private villa while you enjoy the fabulous Riviera Maya Coast!

Listen... It's difficult for us to fully explain what a great experience this place is... It has to be lived... But we've done our best here. Our newly remodeled villa awaits your selection. We cordially invite you to come experience the perfect combination of comfort, beauty, and luxurious tranquility in Playa del Carmen.
The villa is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. A Smart TV comes with satellite channels and a DVD player, and guests can stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.

Our family of 7 enjoyed every second of our time at this property! The roof top lounge is even better than pictured. Excellent location - steps to the beach, a short walk to 5th Ave and grocery stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Just had the best experience in playa and this home was just about perfect in every way. Ivonne and her team Filli and Lilly were so great with recommendations and were very responsive. Everything was clean and went smoothly. The home is fantastic but we spent most of our time on the roof which is spectacular. 10/10 would recommend. Planning next years trip already. Thank you Ivonne!

This is a fantastic property in a perfect location: steps from the beach, safe neighborhood, and close to restaurants and shops. The rooftop patio and pool are incredible. The property manager took great care of us, and we would love to come back here again!

Such a great place with a great host!

Ivonne and Fili were awesome. We miss them already. The house is so nice but the roof top is extraordinary. The beach is very close to the house. Our kids were able to walk back and forth safely. The area was great to walk to the mall and shop or grab dinner.

Great Stay!!

From start to finish a splendid experience! Great accommodations, cold A/C, and great communication with house manager. Only con is that you can’t be loud after 10pm but overall a wonderful experience 10/10 would recommend. 👌🏽

Break from work

I stayed at pescada blanca with my kids for a short from work and despite the rainy days, the house gave us the comfort and refuge for some relaxing days. Check-in process was smooth and responses from the property manager we’re almost instant. I would definately book another stay here.

Fall break

The staff was very attentive and cordial. Having housekeeping and pool service is usually a perk you don’t get with other vacation rentals. It was an added perk to our stay. The house is wonderfully clean and modern. The beach is a small walk two or three houses down the neighborhood and can be seen from the house.

Perfect

This casa has it all, rooftop pool, close to 5th Avenue, close to the beach. Walk to everything. The house is in a private neighborhood that has 24/7 security at the entrance and roaming about the whole community on motorcycles and bikes. Ivonne the concierge was very helpful and directed us to the best places to eat.

Beautiful, recently renovated villa

My husband, kids and friends with 2 kids recently had the pleasure of staying for a week at this beautiful residence. The location is excellent, close to everything (minutes to the beach and a short walk to town) but the area is quiet and well kept. The house is beautiful, has recently been renovated with a real attention to detail. The concierge was friendly, responsive and very helpful. Frequent housekeeping, the gorgeous rooftop terrace and the added services (organized our shuttle, stocked the fridge, meal service and babysitting) made the stay luxurious. Thanks for your hospitality, Justine

Great house with a great location!

Two families fit perfectly. Private property in gated community. Felt very safe at all times. The pools were awesome! Ivonne and Fili were super helpful and available. The Maria’s, cooking service, was _amazing_! Made the trip more relaxed and enjoyable. Only negative was sadly the seaweed on the beach, obviously not their fault, just wish the Playcar folks cleaned it up, and the Wi-Fi that kept dropping. Otherwise an amazing place and great services and amenities! Thanks for a great vacation week!

Casa de la Pescada Blanca - The Best There is

We had such a wonderful time staying at Casa de la Pescada Blanca (Pescada Blanca as it's affectionately known). The house is exactly as described and had everything we needed for cooking and activities. It felt more like a home than a rental. It's steps to the beach and a short walk to town. Ivonne, the concierge, was very attentive and helped with any transportation we needed. Lili and Fili were also very attentive at keeping the house clean and making sure the pools were clean and everything else worked perfectly. The owners were also very helpful during the reservation process. We would, without a doubt, stay again at this house.

This is the reason we don't stay in AI hotels!

This was our first visit to the area and we can't wait to come back! The house was perfect for our 3 adult children, my husband, and I. Ivonne was soooo helpful. We had Dos Marias come back a few times, they were so good. The beds were comfy, the rooms are spacious, and the AC worked great! The location in playacar was ideal. We easily walked to 5th Ave., the ferry to Cozumel, and restaurants. The rooftop deck was our favorite gathering spot in the evenings. This is the reason we don't stay in AI hotels. The house provided the relaxed family time that I was hoping for.

Return Customers!!!!!

My wife and I stayed at this house with 2 other couples in Spring of 2012 and we had such a great time that when my wife and her friends were going away for a girls weekend we immediately thought of this place. We contacted the owners and they were amazing like usual. This house is spectacular and the pictures speak for themselves, but the best part is the attention that the owners provide you to make sure your stay is 100% taken care. Emails answered on time, etc. I have stayed at countless properties I have found on vrbo, but these are by far the best owners. You will not be disappointed at all. I have already sent the link to a friend thinking of going in July.....

PERFECTION!!!

Oh goodness! How to summarize?! Wonderful property manager--Ivonne communicated with me from the time of booking to check-out! She went above and beyond. She even helped us order pizza one night, and also helped us look for a local photographer. The property was spectacular! There were 7 of us, including my husband and children and their spouses. Everyone loved their rooms, the closets, bedding, decorations, etc. They were very accommodating in every way. We had clean towels, blankets, swimming/beach toys and chairs. There was housekeeping every other day of the entire house, which, did I mention is HUGE?! So much space for all of us!! 2 pools, including one on the spacious deck, and included an outdoor kitchen and lots of lounge chairs and spaces. Perfect for a large group! I could write for days about how much we enjoyed everything about the property, the beach, which was steps away, shopping, also steps away, etc. All in all this was a vacation full of wonderful memories! Thank you again, Ivonne, for all you did to make our stay AMAZING! - Melissa

2 beautiful master suites and large kitchen

Lots of room for my family of 3 . Very clean and decorated beautifully. Love both pools. Rooftop and bottom main pool late morning. Very close to the beach with a peak of a view but super close to walk to. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would change is how much maintenance came without us knowing. They would just walk in almost every day and we would have no idea that they were there until we would just see them walking up the stairs. We felt that we didn’t have privacy and most times I was in my bathing suit sometimes walking out of the bedroom and surprised with a man or men walking in. We just expected more privacy for expensive as it was. We felt like they were keeping an eye out for us to make sure we were taking care of there place. Maid came 3 times a week to clean which we thought was obsessive because there was just the 3 of us and my 3 pound service dog. Otherwise everything else was awesome and we would return again but I would want to know when maintenance was coming to work on something. Rooms and bathrooms were great. There was a few hippcups but all in all it was a fantastic place to stay and enjoy ourselves with family. We have over 30 properties ourselves that we do long term rental with,so I wanted to give my honest review. It can be extremely challenging and stressful with tenants so my husband and I do a lot of vacations when we can. This was our first trip to Mexico bringing my youngest daughter so it was a special trip for us.

Nothing Short of Amazing

The number of five star reviews this home has received over the course of 10 years speaks volumes. You can read through each one or you can just book it. There's not much I can say that everyone else hasn't already commented on, so I'll just highlight a few of my favorite things. 1) Scott and his team are very easy to work with from initial inquiry to check-out. Veronica, with Bric, met us at the house upon arrival to show us around and was there when we departed to say goodbye. Scott also provided us his driver's information for private transportation to and from the airport. I highly suggest using this service. 2) I emailed Bric a list of groceries about a week before our trip and the refrigerator and pantry were stocked when we arrived. I've never had that done for me before and it was overwhelmingly appreciated. We simply paid for the groceries and left a tip. (Don't forget to ask for a bag of ice.) 3) It's a very short and easy walk to the beach and all the action on 5th Ave. This really comes in handy if you don't have a car and want to venture out. We're from TX where it's always hot and humid, but Mexico has us beat, hands down. Now, the most important part... 4) The rooftop patio makes this house, in my opinion. We spent hours and hours just lounging in the pool, staring at the ocean. There's plenty of seating, a BBQ pit, a large, cushioned "bed" for a quick nap and a restroom. There's really no reason to leave! In closing, I'd like to thank Scott, Veronica and the rest of the crew for an amazing week. We needed it and were sad to leave. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this upscale rental in the PDC area. We don't normally rent vacation homes more than once, but there's a few on our shortlist that we'd visit again and this is definitely one of them.

Everything was Perfect!

Everything about this property & Staff were amazing and better than advertised! Its hard to pinpoint our favorite part of the house but I would have to say the Roof top is going to be hard to beat! We spent a ton of time on the roof top hanging in the pool that has the most amazing views of the white sand beach and unbelievably clear blue waters. Watching/listening the waves, listening to music on the whole house Sonos stereo system, cooking out, being waited on etc etc was just something we wil never forget!. For those like our family that have always stayed at the resorts, I will say that staying at this property has raised the bar and will most likely never stay at a resort again! "why would you?" said everyone in my group! I could go on and on but here's my quick overview of the house. The rooms were huge, custom lighting and whole house stereo was top notch, coldest air-conditioning we have EVER has ANYWHERE we have traveled, two pools was just unbelievable and views were just amazing. The short 75' walk to the beach is SIMPLE and was just another reason this property was so enjoyable. The gated community was very secure and is a very short walk into town which we did more than once a day! The location is perfect! The staff was equal or better than the views/house itself! Ivonne Martinez the house manager made this trip so enjoyable for my family by having EVERYTHING set up just like we discussed! From the transportation to and from the airport, ensuring the house was always clean, coordinating the onsite chef's "The Mariah's", etc etc etc, she was always a quick text /phone call away! We took her advise and had the Mariah's come to the house everyday and cook for us. I strongly recommend you take advantage of this service as it was not only the best food we have ever had while being in Mexico but also was an absolute pleasure just getting to meet and get to know them. If you want to be the hero on your next vacation then all I can say is to book this property! My family has been all over the world and everyone of them said that this was a trip they will never forget and is in their top 3 ever.

Scott, Have to say you set the bar high with your property and how well you managed it for our visit last summer. Our son could not travel out of country this summer so we found a place on the lake in the Austin area. Very nice and we enjoyed it. But, your property and our vacation in Playa Del Carmen remains our favorite. . There were so many times we compared even the smallest of detail with your property and thoughtfulness in anticipating our needs. The Austin property was beautiful, but managed very differently. You were so friendly demonstrating a genuine concern for our comfort in your home. I wanted to thank you again for everything and making that summer so memorable! Hopefully we can return next year! Best wishes to you and your family, Bussell Family If I may : For those who may be looking for a phenomenal place in playa del carmen- this is it! The photos are beautiful - we were very surprised to discover it was even more beautiful in person. Honestly represented online- Beautifully maintained, filled with everything you could possible need. Scott Uram was gracious and genuine, always available to us should we have questions. They recommended a few excursions - we had a blast! They assisted us in scheduling a driver from the airport! He was welcoming, kind and punctual! We used his service several times. We walked into the home to find music flowing throughout, our groceries had been purchased and put away and The most lovely young lady greeted us making us feel even more welcome as she gave us a tour of the home. She was priceless! The rooms are beautifully decorated and very spacious with plenty of storage for your clothing and suitcases. Every Bed- very comfortable!!! . Both pools were beautiful, warm, and impeccably maintained. The view of the ocean - exquisite! Also a short distance from the house. The beach was not crowded nor was it rocky. Beautiful beachfront area! The surrounding neighborhood was very safe, quiet, friendly, also beautifully maintained! We enjoyed walking to the shopping plaza. So much to see and purchase. There we found a variety of restaurants to choose from. All very good filled with friendly staff. Again - very welcoming! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY Recommend this property and look forward in visiting again - hopefully next summer! (5stars and then some!!!) Tina

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The neighborhood was safe and private, but accessible to the main attractions in the area, as well as the beach. The property contact, Ivonne, was extremely helpful and communicative all weekend long. We were very thankful for her assistance in making this a great weekend! The property was clean, has great features and a beautiful home. Everyone who we came into contact with at the property, was friendly and helpful!
